I called around Columbus Ohio looking for a nail salon that offered builder gel and Tracy’s salon offered. I live out of town so I’m not to familiar with the area. I walked in to her salon and she was very nice and even though she had someone in her chair she still showed me attention. She asked me to pick the colors I wanted and she picked them off the shelf and started my nail service. She did a really nice design on my nails and kept making sure I liked them before she continued with the service. I also got my eyebrows done and my chin waxed and she was very careful with the wax strips on my face and she moisturized my face afterward. I love Tracy’s nail salon and now I have a new nail salon to come to when I visit Columbus. Thank you Tracy for your awesome service.

I called the place and said that I was coming to get my nails done and I walked in and they was only one person in the nail salon and she was a sleeping on one of the chairs I didn't have anyway of telling her that wanted to get my service done and no one else was there I stood there for a few minutes and left

I love this shop, all the technicians are always on point and they have the most reasonable prices in the neighborhood from what I have found. This is my third time in and will not be my last, thanks Tracy and all the nail techs at your shop!

I reached out to Tracy nails for a nail emergency they were able to get me in immediately and even stayed late to get me finished .. I will definitely be back!

I asked the lady to clean her tools because there was dead skin present she told me to leave .. because they don’t use dirty tools but it was clear as day that they where dirty 👎🏽👎🏽🚩

I go to Tracy’s Nail Salon about once a month for the last year, and all the detail and care shown during services is always stellar! It’s an amazing spot and wouldn’t even consider switching places. If you’re looking for a sign to go this is it! I promise you won’t be disappointed

Tracy did a fantastic job and made my nails beautiful! I was very happy with her attention to detail! This was a little more expensive since it was the Cat Eye design. But well, worth it!

I decided to take my momma and go try a new salon. My tech at previous location left...sooo 🤷‍♀️why not. I drive by this salon a lot and decided to give it a try. Let me just say it was AWESOME, for a first time experience. Everybody is so friendly. They engage with their customers and take an interest in their lives. MANY colors...so many colors it's hard to decide. My previous nails were too thick. She took the time to thin them out. My nails look amazing. My momma also had a pleasant experience with her nail tech.💅🏼Will definitely be back 😊

I've tried many nail salons since I've moved to Columbus and none of them can match Tracy's nails. I've received prompt, professional service from Ms. Tracy everytime I've had an appt. I know I will get exactly what I've asked for and I won't be in there forever. **update** nails still going strong from initial full set and she executes every design idea flawlessly! Cute Christmas nails and she gave me a Christmas gift bag ❤️

Tracy is so rude and unprofessional. She always yelled at people. No customer service manner. Her products are not the best. I would not recommend her at all. I hate going there.

Don’t go here the lady that did my eyebrows don’t know how to do them and still charged me for her mistake now I’m walking around looking crazy with a half of eyebrow and the man in there is rude!

My nail salon was slammed so I went to this one .. never have I had someone be so rude. The male did my pedi and it was horrible, photos included. When i told the Tracy they needed redone she told me she doesn’t have time and I can’t get my nails done.. like what?! I was here for a pedi and balance. Never have I ever been treated so badly. I wouldn’t refer this place to no one … and never will I return.

They come here to this country, my country and act as if we owe them something! She was rude and unprofessional because I could not understand her as if she were speaking clear English. 65 for poly gel is diabolical! Go FIND A BLACK NAIL TECH, WE DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS!
