Very bad haircut. I had nice long thick hair and just wanted it styled. Tracy overruled everything I asked for and kept insisting on doing what she wanted. In the end my hair is half in volume, looks scanty and broken cause she kept saying I need to take weight off from my hair. She was also very expensive $120 without tip. Wouldn’t recommend. Still recovering from her haircut.

I had an extremely disappointing haircut experience. My appointment was booked for 2:00. We began late at 2:10/15. At 2:30, someone came for a walk-in, and Tracy rushed my cut to wrap me up at 2:45 so she could accommodate them. I would not recommend this salon because I didn’t feel valued as a client with someone else being squeezed into my appointment slot. I ended up with a choppy, lopsided haircut and conditioner residue after 30 minutes while still being charged the full price of $95 ($115 including tip). Although she offered to fix the cut, Tracy was unapologetic and unwilling to refund more than $10 so I will not be returning.

I recently had a haircut from Tracy, and I must say it was absolutely amazing! Tracy is a true professional who took the time to understand my face shape and my hair needs. Not only did she deliver an amazing haircut, but she also provided a lovely experience overall. Tracy's attention to detail and her ability to listen to my preferences while also offering helpful suggestions truly impressed me. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What's even more remarkable is that Tracy accommodated me as a walk-in customer, even after closing time. I had reached out to her in the morning, and despite not receiving a response, she went above and beyond to fit me in after hours. That level of dedication and customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a new look or a fantastic haircut experience. Thank you, Tracy, for your exceptional service! This is my before and after look.

Such a lovely experience with Tracy. I didn't really know what I wanted having not gotten a real haircut for years, but she had some great recommendations. I loved the result and she even curled my hair at the end!! Price was $85 for a women's long cut at the time but I will definitely be back.

During my time in the area, Tracy was my favorite hair cutter. Her haircuts were reliably excellent. I always felt like a god every time I left her building. She also went out of her way to be accommodating to me. She was also very kind and clearly has respect for all of her customers.

This hair salon is reliable and well priced! I went there for a short trim and layering, and Tracy did a great job. The salon is on the smaller side but you can't beat the value at this salon. I will be back for a short trim or layering in the future!

This woman is a wizard (or what ever the female version of a mystic magic weaver is that has maintains a positive spin). Tracy doesn’t just cut your hair, she whispers to it and asks it what shape it desires for maximal aesthetic appeal to the discerning and untrained eye alike, the she proceeds to efficiently dance her tools across you while carrying on a conversation and before you know it, you’re wandering out in a daze looking and feeling amazing. Go here. Because she has a glass slipper for everyone.

Great experience going to there. Reasonably priced haircuts for this area. Highly recommend. If you’re a UW student, like me, whose looking for a good haircut place that isn’t too far from campus, I think you should give this place a shot

Worst experience in a hair studio. I was 10min late to my appointment and the hairstylist was already cutting someone else’s hair. My appointment was canceled and was asked to come back in 6 hours or next day. It was my mistake not be punctual at first, but still frustrating to get this kind of customer service upon arrival as it did take me ~an hour + $100 Uber round trip for nothing. Would be nice to communicate these rules more transparent up front. Worth to mention - the rating was purely on the experience, but not the haircut skillset. This was my second time here, and I was satisfied the first time as the stylist is good at her job.

Got a haircut today and I was really really happy with the cut. Tracy is truly amazing. She takes time to understand what you want and makes suggestions. It' s a bit higher cost, you can check with her before going but I felt it was totally worth the experience. She put in lot of time to make sure the hair cut was right. Would recommend to check out for anyone who is looking for a new look. Especially Asian hair!!

Tracy is the best! She only gives you the suggestions that suit you the best, rather than the most expensive ones. I proposed a perm but Tracy suggested me to have a haircut to creat layers and then used iron. I got the exact hairstyle I wanted! Highly recommend!!!
