Fantastic, clean and on time!!. Super friendly staff , always go above and beyond. I've never left disappointed. They ALL do great work!! Walk ins are welcome...but appointments avoid disappointment 😉😁

I love my nail tech Annie she does an amazing job. But I will never go back. At my last service the owner (Susan) yelled at me in front of everyone including customers, only because she called me about my appointment over the weekend and I missed the called. I honestly thought the call was a mistake because it was on a Sunday. Everyone knows they are closed on sundays. That weekend I was so sick and was in bed majority of that day. I came to my schedule appointment as planned. Guess she was upset I didn’t answer my phone. It was the most embarrassing and degrading experience. I kept apologizing but the looked she give me on my way out the door after my appointment it was not a welcoming gesture again in her shop. I scheduled an appointment for today but I just couldn’t find myself to go. I know she or anyone cares but that’s not the way you treat anyone. I always come into the salon with a respectful attitude. Never once have I ever disrespected or treated anyone with any bad intentions.

I’ve been going to Tracy’s nails for a few years now and usually have a good experience. However, this last time I’m pretty sure the guy who did my pedicure had never done one before. I chose the lava pedicure ($60) with gel polish ($10) and during the pedicure, my feet burned so bad from the product that I had to stop. He did an awful job on the pedicure and cut my cuticles on top of burning my feet. They still charged me $65 instead of comping me completely. I won’t be going back.

Terrible!!! Very very rude! My daughter and I went for manicures. My daughter got a gel manicure and I got a regular manicure. Both of us received a less than 1 minute lotion massage which did not include the entire hand. The nail technicians did not speak to us and there were no prices posted or quoted. My daughter's technician had the nerve to tell her to be still! She is 34 years old! My daughter noticed dirty drill bits in an Altoid tin that she was using! During the service she picked up her phone and then went back to touching my daughter nails! My daughter's fingers hurt after the service. $50 for terrible sub par services! Never again!!

Love this place. They always do a great job but they are often really busy. I recommend calling days in advance to schedule an appointment especially if you are trying to get in on a Saturday.

I love that they don’t push for the gel polish like in other places. My nails get so damaged with the gel polish, so all I like is regular mani/pedi with regular nail polish.

Tracy's Nails is such a nice salon. It's relaxing, clean, and the service is fantastic. I have a choice of 4 other salons in my area, but they don't compare and I highly recommend Tracy's Nails!!!

I got the younger girl I believe it is Tracy’s daughter but she was very sweet and did really good! I came in with a design I was scared for them to do but it ended up perfect!

Ive only been to Tracy's twice I got acrylic nails .and this time i went she cut me 3 times and continued to file over the cut on the side of my finger that burned and she didn't stop i don't know her name but i had one if the older girls. i then went to ask if she wanted to see my design picture and she said no and she didn't do the design correctly, overall bad experience.

Tiffany is THE BEST!! ALSO my nails came out beautiful they were stunning and amazing! I got acrylic and I showed her the inspo pic and she recreated PERFECTLY 💕💕I totally recommend this place. I hope your experience is as good as mine. Nice people

I have been to Tracy's Nails twice. Both individuals who gave me a pedicure were very thorough with getting the dead skin, trimming and filing the nails, and meticulous with applying the nail polish. I highly recommend this establishment for a pedicure.

I have been trying to find a nail place I like for a few months and finally found one today! Susan is AMAZING! I basically came in as a walk in for a full set on my toes and nails with a design. They were completely booked and busy and got me in and out within 2.5 hours. Susan was answering phones, scheduling, working on my nails, and getting appointments where they needed to go (stressful job) yet was still so happy and friendly. My nails are EXACTLY what I asked for. I’m so pleased with the service here and the environment is clean and beautiful!

Took my daughter in for the first time and everyone there was so nice. The man that painted her nails was great and she loved her nails. Great pricing as well. I will definitely take her back!

The employees at Tracy’s nails are wonderful, especially “Winston” and the owner “Susan” !!! They are very professional and do excellent work! The salon is immaculate and very comfortable too. Very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Went with the husband and 5 year old daughter for her birthday. Both hubby and I got some pedicure treatment. They have real skill with taking care of in grown toenails. Husband is shocked at how good his feet felt afterwards.

Every time I go to Tracy's Nails I always get treated so well and with respect and kindness. This is by far the best Nail/spa establishment in Tucson. If you haven't gone you should certainly give them a try and you will not regret it!

I am requesting Wilson now and had the Deluxe pedicure. It's spectacular with hot rock massage, regular masssge, hot oil. And the chair gives a total back massage. Heaven. I have also had gel nail here a few times, which is beautifully done. Wilson is gentle but fim and very precise with color application. I have now found a place that does poly gel, or soft gel. I have chronic skin cancer and changed to this because it doesn't use acetone. It would be great if Tracy's Nails looked in to this. But I will return to Wilson for pedicures. Ken is excellent as well.

I've tried a lot of nail places looking for the right one. Stopped looking after coming here and it's the only place I'll go. They always do such a good job and are so friendly. The prices are nice too

One of the best manicures I've had in a long time. Tech was great overall, and I especially appreciate that he acheived the look I wanted and paused to ask if I liked it before setting the gel (even though it was perfect every time). I tried this place on a whim, and it was great. Clean, fair prices, and of course the great manicure. I'd definitely recommend!
