I had a session with Baeja a while back with knee pain from super tight quads and she was amazing! But I’m not from the area so I lost the info by the time I tried to find her again. Luckily, got a birthday coupon this year & got curious… I found her again! This time I came to her with a shoulder/bicep injury and she was as great as before. Personally, I’m not one for relaxing massages; I like firm pressure and knots worked out, so that’s what I ask for- and have a hard time finding, but that’s exactly what I get with Baeja! She effectively uses scraping and cupping as well. I have been all over DFW looking for someone as good since the first time and haven’t found anyone. She’s about 45 min from me *without* traffic, but it’s worth the drive. I absolutely love her and won’t lose the contact info again. I am hoping to come regularly as part of my recovery routine.

I love how this place caters to your distinctive needs. Baeja is the best! She always takes her time and makes me feel so relaxed, after we talk about my problem areas she affectively treats and massages according to what I need most! I look forward to our sessions! I recently returned to this establishment from a couple years back and absolutely missed it. I had to stop my monthly membership due to some financial challenges. Now that I'm back on my feet and decided to restart my membership, I had a very warm greeting. I booked my massage with Heather and she is absolutely amazing!! Prices are still very reasonable here and to match that with the level of service is an amazing deal!! Felt like a million bucks when I left. The massage really fixed me up from all the working at home and gym activities throughout the week. Highly recommend this place!!!

Absolutely life changing, I will be going weekly until we workout all the knots and fascia tissue trauma, my back was literally hyper sensitive to touch and after my first session the sensitivity has lesson. Thank you Baeja, you are the best!

BAEJA IS LITERALLY THE BEST!! Very welcoming and friendly. Throughout the session she will ask if you’re okay and maybe even explain a few steps on what’s she’s doing. Very nice, clean, and calming atmosphere. 100/100 HIGHLY recommend 😍

all the therapists are five stars! great knowledge and clearly well trained in their craft. i’m a monthly member. i’ve had especially great experiences with baeja and heather. they listen and tailor each session specific to what my body needs that day. the facilities could certainly use a refresh (lobby cleanliness, bathroom/toilet seat, floors/carpets, etc and even some soundproofing) …because I consider this more of a therapeutic/sports massage place rather than a zen experience, I tend to ignore those things though and am more focused on the great body treatments I receive
