Not recommended, went on a Sunday because my usual place was closed, my nails have chipped less than a day after the dip process. My nails were rushed. She did 2 layers of color dip then gel polish under uv light, this cannot be right. I've been getting dip over 4 years, clear dip layer, 2 color layers, another clear layer then the chemical that sets the powder and makes it hard. I have never gotten dip that had gel polish on top. Will not go back! The

Do not recommend! My first and last time visiting. I came in there was only 1 person doing nails and 1 person doing pedicure. A lady that was floating around doing waxes and nails. There were only 2 other customers when I came in at 5:55 Pm. It took 20 minutes before I was seated at to get a pedicure then I waited another 15 minutes before someone serviced me. When I sat down I told the employee I wanted a deluxe pedicure. The price chart on wall have a deluxe pedicure priced at $45. It pedicure and we good however it took a very long time for him to finish. Then I was getting a full set since there were only 2 nail tech I had to sit and wait once again. After waiting another 20 minutes the guy that did my pedicure was going to do my full set but stopped bc I requested straight nails. He totally ignored my request and tried to proceed with the wrong nails. The lady was doing another clients nails and stated I will have to wait until she finish. After while I decided to leave and come back tomorrow. The lady advised me my torso was $55 so I politely told her I got a deluxe pedicure for $45. She argued with me and told me all the services I received with my pedicure and I let her know i requested a deluxe pedicure when I sat down. She then got a printed paper on the other side of the salon to show me the services the guy did that I DID NOT ASK FOR! She said the guy wrote on the ticket my total was $50 then she ask for $55 from me. They tried to get over on me ! I kept pointing at the price list on the way showing the $45 deluxe pedicure and the owner was refusing to honor the price that he have displayed until I had to become Irate.

When I say that Chinese man did an awesome job on my toes, I mean it!!!!!!! He didn’t try to upsell me or force me to get a “deluxe” pedicure. He pulled my ingrowns out which most nail salons can’t do and he did it with ease! He cleaned each toe the correct way cutting away dead skin, ingrowns, and cuticles! I mean he gave everything a real pedicure needed to give. He rubbed my legs and feet about 4x. Did a great job on my French tip. Finished with a hot towel, all for $55. I mean he did amazing and i just found my new nail salon. They’re less than 5 minutes from me. Moved to SC a year ago, been to 3 different nail shops. Granted the others are nicer on the inside but their workers are greedy, do rush jobs, and don’t know how to give a proper pedicure. Trang nail and spa knows what they’re doing. I love them already and my 5 yo daughter and I will be coming here every time!!!!! If i find out they do bomb eyebrows it’s definitely a wrap for me spending my $ anywhere else

First time visiting! This was the fourth place I went to as the others were closed still, I guess, for the holiday. Large space with several stations and chairs. They even have kiddie chairs for the little clients 😊 I was taken to a chair fairly quickly and had a nice pedicure. I appreciated the drying machine was powerful. Prices are posted on the wall when you enter. I'd definitely come back.

Terrible customer service I do not recommend This place. They are rude and unsanitary & racist. Very nasty attitudes! They refused to do my fill in saying I needed to take off the set of nails they just did a week ago and 4 of them broke without force and I paid almost 100. They are terrible

Usually just come for my eyebrows. I was due to leave for vacation (Sept. 15). Since I came for my eyebrows, I figured I’d do a one stop shop. Eyebrow were good, per usual. I decided to also get a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was ok. Not much soaking and little scrubbing but overall the polish was good. As for my full set, I specifically asked for coffin shaped, nude acrylic. But received bulky, square, pinkish dipped powered. By the time I realized that the “dip” was in place of the colored acrylic, it was too late. As for my shape, the coffin was there initially but for some reason, they cut them down more which took away the coffin shape. I got my nails done on Sept 15 and as of today (Sept. 18) I currently don’t have any nails on. They all popped as if they were press-ons. I guess due to the dipping mechanism. Very disappointed b/c these nails were not what I asked for and didn’t last. I have 2 more days left on vacation that includes outings and dinners. Plus they were suppose to last for a scheduled event on Sept. 23. Again, the eyebrows are always good. Pedicure was ok but as for nails, if I don’t get what I asked for, I won’t look for additional services.

I have been going to this spa for years and have never left disappointed. This place has some of the nicest people ever that work here. Thomas especially is my personal favorite when it comes to my pedicures. Quynh and her husband do my full sets and they both go above and beyond for my nails as I am very picky with how they look. But they never fail. Great place and I will recommend to anybody who asks.

I have had various nail techs at this location. Therefore, I have mixed experiences. Thomas is great to chat with but he is not very detailed on his work. The younger lady does a good job as long as there are not a lot of customers or distractions. . The older lady is great at pedicures. But they can be expensive. A short fill no cut down, design or replacements will cost you 45 to 50. This is with the gel polish.

I was looking for a nail shop due to being new to the area and came here based off the reviews. I wish I never came here. The lady Qynn or Queen is unprofessional and got upset when I told her my nails needed to be shaped better. She tried to rush through my nails as if she did not want me to check them. I am a paying customer and deserve to have my nails look like I’d like them to look. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning. Do not waste your time coming here!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I will never go back to this place. I was trying a new place. Not a good idea. My pinky side tip of my finger was badly cut while shaping my nail. I kept telling the guy to be careful and not to do that anymore and he kept on. So now my finger is in pain. The polish is poor quality. I have humps in my gel and I have other areas where it is not even. I had to take the nail filler from the man twice and show him how to do the shape and he repeatedly shaped the point of my nail to the right on my index and middle finger. He had to come back and add my gel to those nails to correct them. Still the shape is not correct and my nails on the right hand are shaped wrong and one sided. I am going to get these soaked completely off tomorrow and get a new set. Smh

The service was not as what I would expect. My nails looked awful. She rushed through them and when I explained that I didn’t like them , I was complaining to much. My nails looked like press on nails but I paid for services that was awful. I did not like my nails at all.

Thomas did my manicure and pedicure and I am very pleased with both. He talked throughout both services and even offered suggestions on where to travel and what to do. Overall, the experience at Trang Nails and Spa was excellent. I highly recommend you go here the next time you need you’re looking for a nail salon.
