Just saw Donna for my first massage at Tranquil Assuage. I've been getting massage for over 20 years, for overall general wellness in various areas of the country (having moved quite a bit). As a caregiver to children and a disabled family member, I endure a good amount of physical and emotional stress, and taking care of myself enables me to better care for others. Massage is something I like to incorporate regularly, but I hadn't gone for months due to time constraints, and was happy to find Tranquil Assuage near to where we live and work. The facility was simple, clean and calm, in the quaint Ivy area. Donna was knowledgeable, attuned and sensitive to my needs. She had competency in the muscular system and knew how to work out the tensest parts, and loosened my upper trapezoid and neck area. She also incorporated some good stretching of various muscular areas. Finally, I dozed off a little during the foot massage which was super relaxing. Greater movement improved immediately after the massage. Overall, I left feeling better, healthier, cared for, and ready to positively face my everyday challenges. I already booked my next appointment in a month and know I'll literally be in good hands there again.

Amazing... I felt so calm and at ease and was able to relax throughout the entire massage. My body feels so much better and I was also given some stretching exercises to help more ♡♡

I had a wonderful experience at Tranquil Assuage. The therapist was knowledgeable, professional, and detailed about my needs. The massage was perfectly tailored for my individual needs and I felt very relaxed afterward. Highly recommended!
