We bought a Groupon for two massages but it was impossible to make an appointment and the receptionist extremely rude. We decided not to continue attempting to make appointments as most often no one picks up and they are not helpful at all when they do answer. Save your money and avoid booking here either with Groupon or otherwise.

Had my first massage in April, it was GREAT, so great that before leaving, I made my appointment for my next massage for May and again before leaving from that massage made my appointment for June. Can't take any chances on not getting a monthly appointment. My experiences have been GREAT and Trina is EXCELLENT!

Trina has an incredibly bright personality, she does a great job at waxes, v steams and her laser lips works !! (All things I’ve received). Also if you have acne problems I’d pick up her skin bar which is a fave!! It doesn’t dry your skin out but it cleans it well which is perfect for my oily and acne combination skin !!

Don't try and schedule an appointment through groupon here. They have a separate schedule for groupon appointments. After two months of trying to redeem my groupon, the only appointment they finally offered was for another month and a half in the future... after the groupon expires.

I booked an appointment for my mom and she was very pleased with the service. She got a massage which she loved and also a foot detox. She did mention that they did not really educate her about the details of the foot detox, how it works and what the different colors indicated. Other than them not being very knowledgeable about the foot detox after she asked, she was very pleased with your service. Trina and her staff are very personable, and funny. If you ask me, and massage is one way to relax and unwind, but good jokes are too!

This business is completely unprofessional. At first I bought one groupon wax to try it out and had an amazing experience. The lady was great warm and welcoming and talked to me the whole time. Next I went to buy 3 waxes my biggest mistake. They had now changed the rules to have to pay a $15 deposit that I will get back when I get to the appointment. From Thursday-Sunday I called everyday to make an appointment. I rudely had someone call me back and it was nothing like the customer service I had the first time. DON'T GO HERE. Buy a different groupon and save your money from these unprofessional people. Except the waxer who was great! Book with her separately from this business.

So I bought a Groupon for my husband as a gift, he scheduled at least 3 times and miraculously every time around two hours before the appointment somebody from the studio would call and cancel the appintment. I tried to use the money from the groupon after it expired, so I call to schedule and then a day before the appointment I find out they didn't even put me on schedule. It is not about the $30 that I have spent on the Groupon it is just the way me and my husband were treated. Very disappointing
