A hidden gem! Beautiful spa, very clean, and a great layout. I got a facial from Alexandria, whose was beautiful, knowledgeable, and so very sweet. My skin is glowing! Great staff, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I purchased a special package they had running on FB and to my surprise, it was 100x better than I could have imagined! Alexandria was my aesthetician and she was amazing. She had a very firm but gentle touch. She had such a great, positive vibe about her. My skin felt and looked amazing when she was done. I will absolutely be returning for more services moving forward.

I received an amazing Collagen facial today from Rakelle. I walked in with lots of wrinkles, brown spots, and baggy eyes. The results was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.

Ladies AND Gentlemen! I have enjoyed spa/ facial treatments on 5 Star cruise ships (at $300.+ 18% tip) and in well-known private spas, and not one of those experiences superseded the experience I enjoyed at Tranquil Wellness & Spa! I felt like I was warmly received and treated like a long-time client. I cannot wait to go back! I have already booked my next appointment. Let me just add: As of tomorrow, I will be 81 — so, at that age, it is not an easy task to have noticeable results, but I have to say that the facial procedure produced top-of-the-line results!

Not sure how this place operates but it’s the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. The person in charge of answering the phone is on “holiday” but still decides to answer the phone, then tells you she can’t get to your request until Sunday. I then ask to speak to someone who is working on the schedule. She then tells me she can’t give their numbers out, cool - understandable. But, Why don’t you tell them contact me? Better yet have them answer the phone since you’re off. I called with complications with my appointment time and was informed that I couldn’t get a refund because I had book the day prior. My response was Ok I WILL CALL BACK IF I can’t make it or completely cancel. I didn’t call back nor did I get I a cancellation notification, email etc. I did receive notifications that my appointment was still scheduled and needed to complete the questionnaire. I complete the questionnaire and proceed to my appointment. There was no one at the building it was completely closed. The person on holiday with her kids in the back ground gets frustrated with me because she is off and I’m calling the main phone number on the sight. More to the story but Becareful when booking here I am not sure if they are legit or not the Building looks abandoned to me. Now, they tell me I’m out of my pre paid 350 dollars though the failure was a result of thier actions. So much for a special romantic birthday. I just want all my money back so I can go and enjoy my husband’s birthday else where.

If you're, like me, someone over 30 who trains hard and maybe doesn't rest as much as you should- this is your place. I own a gym. So my body takes a beating. Between achy muscles and tired joints- I needed something to help me RECOVER and RELAX. Thank goodness I found Tranquil. A beautiful cold plunge, steam room and sauna. It's a hidden oasis for those of us who are overworked and under rested. It's quiet, peaceful and run by an amazing team and staff. Highly recommend!
