Went to get my brows waxed and was very disappointed. I said I didn't want them thin--and they are not only too thin but don't follow the natural shape of my brow and both brows are now uneven. They weren't fully cleaned up and I didn't feel comfortable asking for them to clean up the missed hairs because I was nipped multiple times that resulted in bleeding. Not worth the $20 spent.

All the ladies here were so nice & friendly! I got a facial from an Esthetician named Kimberly & she was amazing! She examined my skin & recommended the microdermabrasion facial with soothing mask to smooth out my skin texture. She gave the most wonderful facial massage & I was so relaxed that I took a lil nap! Definitely will get the package next time I come in, highly recommend!

I’ve had many facials in my life, given by many different people, and Vi is the absolute best. She has magical hands. The service is relaxing and invigorating all at once. I go to her once a month, and the rest of the month I daydream about my next appointment. If there is a facial equivalent to an angelic choir singing, Vi is the person who delivers it! Schedule a facial with Vi at Tranquility Day Spa and I promise, you’ll thank me for it.

So pleased with my hair and service provided both times I’ve utilized this salon. Lieu, and staff, are very professional, so nice, and always accommodating to her clients. I appreciate having someone I can trust with my hair. Too notch salon and I definitely recommend.

I’ve been to this salon a couple of times and I have mixed to negative reviews for their service. Recently I had full hair color done and they charged a whopping $250 for the 1 hr plain hair color service for hair just below shoulders! Not only that the color is already fading after just 2-3 washes.. the results are definitely not worth the money! I wish there was some way to get my money back:/

Nice clean place. Did massage and facial. Nice room was pretty quiet. I asked for Kimberly, she knows massage, hair, coloring and facials very good, so ask for her. Overall my visit was worth it. don't forget to get a mani, and pedi. With or without massage.

Called and made an appointment and wound up having to wait 45 minutes. Wish they would have they told me to come in later when someone was going to be available. Not sure I can trust appointments here again

I am biased because my beautiful wife Diana works here. She's a master stylist. All the people that work on hair are fantastic and really nice. In a separate section away from the noisy hair dryers and all that activity is the nail salon. They also have a wonderful group of woman to take care of your mani/pedi needs. I just got a facial treatment from Sevita as an early fathers day gift and oh boy was it GREAT! I highly recommend Tranquility. No, I am not being forced to write this by my wife.

My boyfriend and I did the couples package. The owner greeted us warmly and was so incredibly friendly. She explained the different types of massages and facials that they offered. She did the massages and another lady did the DNA enzyme facial on both of us in the same room at the same time. Then they switched and we each got the second treatment. The facial and face and shoulder massage was amazing! The full body massage was just as deep as you could tolerate. Not too soft or over the top hard. She would have gone deeper if you needed it though. We then got beautiful manicures and pedicures and I got a design on the big toe that was a special touch. They got us lunch and a glass of red wine too. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The price was great considering all the work and pampering we received. When we go back there we Definitely will return!!

Came here recently and had an outdoor apt because of covid. Incredibly friendly staff that treated you like family, clean and safe outdoor covid environment when they take your temperature when you get there. And really happy with my hair color, highlights and cut. Went 5 months without it and felt like a changed person leaving. Will be back!

This place is out of this world...first time I go get a pedicure at this location with my wife and we felt like family there because the person who attended to us ( her name Tracy ) she gave us coffee,tea,water,or candy... basically very welcoming. The best part is such a great job and pricess everyone will be happy with.

Nilda continues to be amazing. After all these years and hair issues, she always treats me like a best friend and respects my wishes. When I want something that isn't possible, she explains what IS possible in order to keep my hair healthy (cuz I'm not a professional and often want what i can't have;) .

Very pricey $$$70 for gel pink and white. It took forever and not very good. Boarders were not clearly defined.
