I recently had a wax done here, and although the people were friendly, I personally will not be returning. I cannot speak to any other treatments/procedures done here besides waxing as it was my first time attending this location, however having had waxes done previously, I know this was not what the results should be. There were clumps of hair left not removed and certain areas were waxed multiple times with no hair being removed, resulting in more pain then necessary. I did receive a discount for my inconveniences and apologies, which I appreciate, however I will not be returning and having them wax me further.

This was my first time here for a Brazilian wax! Violeta was amazing, gentle, and fast. She made me feel comfortable and we had great conversation! Dawn and her team always provide an excellent experience no matter what service(s) you are there for. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation and everyone does a wonderful job of making you feel welcome. This place is a bit of a hidden gem and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spa experience.

I had a great experience with Rob Tagatz (Hairdoc). I had the microchanneling procedure done on my hair and I had great results within 10 weeks! I had tried so many products for my thinning hair and nothing had worked till I met Rob. Microchanneling works and Rob is very knowledgeable about the procedure.

Got my eyebrows microbladed by Macy. From walking in the front door to walking out, every single employee acknowledged me. From a “Hi” to asking if I needed anything to drink. I was blown away. Very clean, classy, bright atmosphere. Macy was very professional in a way that made me feel like we were friends even before we met. The entire microblading experience was so professional. Macy explained everything in detail, asked for my input, but gave hers as well in a fantastic delivery. We had great conversation the entire time and I barely felt a thing! And most of all, MY EYEBROWS ARE AMAZING!

I got my eye brows mircobladed by Macy, she was beyond amazing prior to me even showing up! I was the person with a million questions and she constantly reassured me the entire time, she always asked my thoughts and gave her best ideas! She was so confident and personally with me. I’ve recommended two people already and will constantly again and again recommend her! The spa is so perfect and welcoming! My EYEBROWS ARE ALWAYS ON FLEEK! thank you so much Macy you did amazing!

Kiara was great; my nails looked amazing and my message was very relaxing. I thought it was kind of silly to have your customers get dressed after the massage just to walk one room over and get undressed; kind of messes with the relaxing flow. And then while I was half naked in the sauna trying to relax one of the employees kept standing at the desk right outside the glass door playing on her phone and drinking water.

when you walk into tranquility, you feel calm and relaxed. Everyone that works there is incredible at what they do! It’s also great to see them work as a team, and knowing you can trust each one of them to give you an incredible experience ! Also a “one stop shop” they have EVERYTHING to offer at tranquillity! I definitely recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people are so inconsiderate and rude. They’re thieves in all honesty, and they’re terrible at microblading so they shouldn’t even be allowed to have that service anymore. Perhaps if you’re going for another service, but do NOT go here for that. They request payments for future sessions in advance and regardless of if you end up unhappy or not they refuse to give a refund of the money if you don’t end up wanting to go back, and ladies you know this stuff isn’t cheap!!

Ladies PLEASE do not go to this place, they do a horrible job microblading and the owner asks for down payment for future appointment and won't return it and you will end up not going to follow up due to the fact they RUINED brows !! DO NOT GO. This place is a classic bait and switch. I can only speak for the massage/spa services, but the way the business is run is not up front. I went onto their website and saw they offered an "Athletic Renewal" which is advertised as "targets specific muscles that need releasing and re-balancing caused from athletic injuries or over-use" which was exactly what I needed. I call and ask for an appointment and they set me up for the next day. Great! I get there are wait 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and when I finally get into the room I'm told they don't have a licensed massage therapist so they can only offer me the "relaxation journey" which is basically body scrub and moisturizer (for $80!!!). They ask if I would like that instead of the athletic renewal I had called about. BAIT AND SWITCH. I said no and the manager comes out and says "oh, you got into the room and thought this was an athletic renewal? *laughs* No, we don't offer that yet. Sorry. Okay, bye." So rude, so dishonest. I would not recommend.
