There is a language barrier, the only thing you have to do is point on the menu EXACTLY what you want. If they press to hard- you tell them “softer,softer” Chinese massage is a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. They have very strong hands. They not only do my massage, but since I’m a regular, they use hot stones on my back. I have a wonderful experience every time I go there.

Worst experience ever! I asked for a basic 30 minute massage. First, they grabbed my wife and I inappropriately on the way to the room. They did not need to put their hands around my waist. I was so uncomfortable. Then during the massage they forced a full body massage and I was telling them I only wanted the 30 minute basic. But, they acted like they did not understand me. I repeated myself a few times but they made the decision for me. When it was all over I went to pay and the man that acted like he did not know English was charging me for a full massage that I did not even ask for and kept saying "$104 cash only atm right there." I told him I only asked for the basic 30 minute massage and kept repeating himself "$104 cash only atm right there." How do they have a business in the mall without understanding English or the man was acting like he didn't? They scammed us. The profiles with five star reviews should get investigated. Seriously. Horrible place!

My husband are here from out of town and when we stumbled upon this place, I tell you it’s the best massage I’ve ever had hands down. They were funny and nice and very respectful. We really got a full body massage from head to toe for a great price!

Girlfriend and I were minding our business and guy walked up and started touching me without my consent and said how tense my back was( it was of course) and guided me to a massage machine, I was under the impression that it was a free little massage, afterwards they charged me 15 dollars for 10 min and never told me before hand that they would charge me, would not recommend and massage wasn't even nice, they should be shut down for horrible service and lack of consent

Technician quoted $45 for a 45 minute massage and then charged my husband $90 because since they weren’t busy, a second person started rubbing his arms.

The best massage ever! No idea why other people give it bad reviews... My girlfriend and I went about 30 minutes before closing (9pm, on a Saturday) and there were an abundance of staff, so when I asked for a 30 minute table massage for both of us, they up charged us on a foot massage, to such I said sure, resulting in 2 people working on us each (4 messueses/masseurs total). Mariah (can't remember her exact name) gave the best and most unique massage I've had in my life, I will be coming here again, no doubt.

I was christmas shopping yesterday and the lady stopped me asking if I wanted a massage.i agreed to the 20 minute for 20 dollars, the lady was so hard on my back when I kept telling her it hurts she told me it was my nerves I woke up this morning in complete pain from her never again will I use this company. She also asked me twice for a tip....... I am extremely unhappy...

There is a language barrier. But they literally hand you the menu and only do what you point at . They have never charged me or given me a service I didn’t request . They’re very friendly over all and not talkative . Which I personally like . The pressure is on the harder side . So if you don’t like an elbow going along your back don’t do it . I don’t like deep tissue . And I think the pressure is just right . Feet massage is also good and they take you in right away and are welcoming . They have little booths in the back so you have more privacy if they’re doing a body massage . I’ve gone with multiple times and they’re always respectful and I feel comfortable. If you’ve never had a massage I recommend at least letting them work on your feet and see how you feel . I like going there especially not having to stress about making appointments

This place is awful. Went in for an hour (30 min feet, 30 min body). The guy brought another person to work on feet while he pressed on my back so they wouldn't have to do 60 minutes. The massage was bad (and I never say that), the guy smelled like cigarettes and was pressing down on me, not massaging. I was charged $82 for a 30 minute, awful press on. This place will rip you off. I would not recommend and give zero stars if I could.

this place is amazing! despite the reviews i mainly think people are just misinformed about the healing process from a deep tissue massage! it takes a toll on your body, and takes time to heal. it's a shame people needlessly leave reviews on something the shop can do nothing about. my experience was nice and the person who did my massage was very polite ! would come back here again !

Great massages. Yes there is a language barrier and their pressures are on the firmer side. Everyone has their preferred pressure levels and I can see how that plus the language barrier can be a problem for some people. But I enjoy deeper pressures so it worked out for me. I have gone through quite a few masseuses in my life, and for a mall massage place their techniques weren't bad at all. Would go back again.

The person giving me a massage was watching tv on his phone pretty loud. It just wasn’t pleasant overall the massage was okay but just not able to relax when they’re watching tv and their phone is next to me.

Husband and I were on a mini vacation in San Antonio. I went to the mall to get my nails done and the little man from the tranquility spa stopped my husband and talked him and I into getting a massage. I was very uncomfortable from the beginning as I have never had one I didn't know how it was supposed to be. I was beginning to hurt a little as he was working on my lower back, but never having one, I didn't know if that was normal. After the 30 min of what I just feel was torture, I got off of the table and immediately felt pain while trying to put on my shoes. As the day wore on, my back felt worse. I could not get comfortable. Sitting was the worst! Our mini vacation was over the next day because I could not stand the pain...we went home early and the 8 hour drive home was very uncomfortable! 2 days later I am in the ER to get pain medication and an X-ray. Almost 2 weeks later and still not back to normal. I will be seeing a chiropractor tomorrow! If I could give NO STARS I would!

This masseuse at this place can not possibly be trained, certified, or qualified individuals to practice massages. The reflexology is suppose to be a technique that they know nothing about! I don’ t know how this place is still open after all the poor reviews and complaints! For the prices I thought I was paying for something good, complete scam!

Worst place ever 20 minutes of complete torture. Even when I asked him to stop digging his elbow and thumb into my neck and shoulder. He would not I had to stop it early. Then when I went to pay he was trying to reach into my wallet demanding a tip when I tried to pay very poor service. Don't do it

I was supposed to get charged 80, he didn’t want to give my husband a receipt and since we were on our mini vacation we shrugged it off. 2 days later I see that they actually charged us 120, I can’t call cause the phone is disconnected, I don’t have a receipt and from a previous review I see this has happened before. As for the massage mine was fine but they kept talking in a different language and laughing. My husband complained that his back hurt for the rest of the day. I definitely do not recommend. If you do shake off my review atleast use cash !
