Transformations beauty studio is hands down one of the best hair salons you could ever visit! Not only is the atmosphere pleasant, the customer service is immaculate alongside the actual services! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. The worst experience I’ve had at a hair salon. So I booked with their hairdresser Foxy, I had just had my hair done in less than a week. I was getting a frontal reinstalled so I booked the wig maintenance slot which was $100 which is reasonable for glueing a already customized wig onto someone head. When I got there, Foxy said that because the wig was not installed by her that I would have to change my booking to a new wig install which was $175. I felt that that was unreasonable and wanted to leave, let them keep the $25 dollar deposit. Then the shop owner (derricka) said if I leave they will still charge my card ( which is illegal) but to avoid a legal battle I stayed. As you can guess, my hair came out looking real amateur looking, you could see the lace, and the hairline did not look realistic. I don’t mind paying for good work. But Foxy’s work is not worth $175. I paid 175, she didn’t have to bleach, pluck, wash the wig, she did not have to customize the wig and still charged me damn near 200 dollars. Not to mention In the middle of doing my hair, they made me walk to the atm next door to withdraw cash since I didn’t have it on me. I had to walk to the store in my Meeks. Pleaseeee stay away not worth it and it’s super ghetto.

Transformations is very clean and professional. The staff is always friendly and style hair quickly and neatly. Priced for quality hair. Hair colors well and is a great place to shop in store or online for quality extensions.

By far the worse customer service I've ever experienced. I introduced myself on the phone and she hung up on me. They only have one number. I called in multiple time to tell them prudent information regarding their business and they are way to arrogant to listen to good advice. Since they do not respect me. I do not respect them. In anyway. They way you talk on the phone is how you represent your business. Period.

Derricka and the team at Transformations Beauty Studio are wonderful! I have spent a long time trying to find a fit for a stylist and Derricka in particular has Wowed me in every way! She does an excellent job with installs, color, cuts, speed of execution, and styling. Believe it or not, hitting ALL areas from a stylist standpoint is extremely hard to find in Atlanta! This girl from Detroit is a happy camper! :). I have also started bringing my 16-year-old daughter to the salon because I’m so comfortable with the way they take care of their clients and I would not trust anyone else with her. The staff makes you feel at home and are so kind and sweet. I highly recommend this salon! Derricka in particular will take great care of you.

I loved my visit here. I booked QUEEN last minute. She fit me in and definitely showed My hair love. The price was super affordable and definitely a steal for all of the amazing work she did. I love the atmosphere of the shop and it was clean and beautiful. This was probably my best shop/salon experience ever. Please book QUEEN 💕 she is a queen for taking care of me last minute in time for my shoot 😍

This is my second time at Transformations beauty studio. My stylist was Queen (if I remember correctly) she did my frontal sew in the first time we met and When I say that was the best frontal sew in I ever head I mean it!! My frontal stayed up for nearly 3 weeks without any maintenance or any problems. I had to double back to her and let her slay my frontal wig, she was super sweet and professional a lot of stylist today don’t even wash your hair she washed and conditioned my hair with no problems. She answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) with no problem. We definitely need more stylist like her cause it’s the vibe for me! The shop is pretty as well! Parking is okay! It’s stores in the area that’s convenient as well. Go check it out!
