I have been going to Transformed Medical Spa for my Hydrafacials for over a year now with Claire, and can say from experience it is the best facility in the Frederick area. Claire does an amazing job and is super knowledgeable about products and services. If you’re in the market for a great Hydrafacial, this is the place!

I can not say enough about the staff at Transformed Med Spa. Claire is beyond knowledgeable of all things related to skin care, she is truly invested in her patients skin care routine and making sure they are glowing. I also was able to see Jen last minute. She took the time to discuss BBL Micropeel options for the face, neck and chest. I am on the schedule to see Jen in 2 weeks. Great job Transformed !!

The experience embodied by, and available at, Transformed Aesthetic and Wellness Center is “transforming” — in the truest, most measurable, sense of the word. The practice offers a gamut of treatments delivered by subject matter experts/practitioners. As a 77-year-old woman looking to get some facial “bounce back”, I walked away super-satisfied and smiling. The calming, welcoming atmosphere offers an embrace of comfort and professionalism that amps up the experience. Wanted to wait the full 2 weeks for my Botox to kick in fully before writing a review!! After a horrible and traumatic experience at another med spa. I found transformed med spa through instagram and I must say, I’m glad I found them and it’s worth the drive. Jen was so sweet, knowledgeable, and most importantly, good at what she does🥰 she did my masseter, DAOs, forehead and elevens with dysport. I didn’t experienced any crooked smile or any wrong procedure and she left my face looking so natural. I can finally say that, I now feel more confident, pretty, and just obsessed. I highly recommend Jen for any Botox treatment. She’s the best, and I will be coming back in 3-4 months 🤭 thanks Jen♥️

I am currently going to them for biote pelleting. Service so far has been excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. My energy level and libido are up and I feel amazing. I wish I had known about this sooner.

My friends have noticed how beautiful my face and skin has been lately. They’re asking how I’m aging backwards. I tell them I see Jen at Transformed for Botox and she works her magic! Ppl say, “you’re too young to get Botox or you look great; you don’t need it!” This right here is the reason why I get it. If you have the right person, it will look like you were born with it. Jen is knowledgeable with all things aesthetics. Jen is so sweet and makes you comfortable with whatever services you’re getting. Make your appts asap.. you won’t regret it!

The reason I’m giving my review 3 stars is because I had the perfect peel on my face neck and chest and I was charged twice at the price of $700 as it’s deemed as separate areas. I rang another establishment in the same district and they include the neck as part of the treatment and charge $75 for the chest as an add on. That’s the fair and honest way to do business.

After a horrible consultation experience from another business, I scheduled a consultation with Jen. During the consultation she actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything additional on me that I wasn’t comfortable doing. I started off with PRP which I LOVED the results but wanted more to fill the hollowness of my eyes. After discussing my options with Jen I ended up getting the vampire facial done (fillers and PRP). So far loving the results and I will definitely continue coming back! Jen is so sweet, personable and very caring when interacting with her clients. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I began seeing Claire in the fall to revive my skin care regiment and address a few age-related and sun exposure issues. Claire was extremely knowledgeable about best next steps and was thoughtful about the approach to help me achieve my goals. After a series of peels and HydraFacials, complimented by consistent use of an at-home skin care routine crafted by Claire, my skin is dramatically improved and glowing. Claire is kind, patient and genuinely cares about her clients and strives to make their skin the best it can be. I have seen proven results with Claire and intend to continue to build on these results with her and through other services offered at Transformed.
