Both Dr Pham and her aesthetician Alanna are fantastic. They are both excellent at what they do and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Pham’s recommendations are conservative and customized to each patients needs and aesthetic goals. There is never any pressure or upsell which I have found elsewhere. She doesn’t seem to want her patients to look like they’ve had a bunch of filler or procedures done. Patient plans are throughly discussed as well as realistic outcomes. I respect that she wants her patients to simply look as though they are well rested or have been on vacation. I have been going to her for years and highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr Pham did a nice presentation on the effects of Botox . HOWEVER, she informed me she would NOT be injecting my forehead . I have had Botox several times and have never heard of this . She injected above my eyebrows and around my eyes . I still have forehead lines and a ripple above my left eye . Very upset as I am getting married next month with these results and over $400 investment !

Dr. Pham is the best! She did my lip filler and it looks and feels amazing. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I wanted a natural look and she did exactly that! This was my first time getting my lips done and it is even better than I was expecting.

First time doing micro dermabrasion and I loved it! My facial with Delma was the best I ever had. Detailed, gentle, relaxing and she is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend and will go back to this place.

I have been going to Tre Medspa for couple of years now and just had a facial with Delma and walked out with a glowing face. She had a soft touch yet very thorough with my extractions. Massage was lovely too. I’ll definitely be back for chemical peel next.

I recently had a facial and dermaplaning with Delma the new esthetician at Tre Med Spa. She was amazing and I couldn’t believe the difference in my skin after. I even had someone comment on how good my skin looked after and that never happens to me. My skin appeared smoother and my pores were almost unnoticeable. I highly recommend trying her out!

I recently had an amazing facial with Tre Medspa’s new aesthetician, Delma & the overall experience was incredible. She really focused on areas I needed help with & gave me some great advice as to how to keep my skin from drying out. I am so pleased to have found a Medspa in Westchase. I look forward to seeing Delma soon & fyi…I may have had the best face massage (ever!) as part of this facial.

Ridiculous staff-poor communication- claimed they called multiple times - Big Fat Lie- a perfect example of a company who has gotten arrogant and has lost their sense of taking care of their clients. Very disappointing - lost my business and referrals.

Spent over $2000 on there special and it lasted no more than a few months. Expected to go back for a touch up and found out the buy 2 get one free were all used when I specifically asked for one to be saved. Office staff was clueless. A man got on the phone when I was not happy and basically said oh well. Lost a good customer with poor customer service.

This is a top-notch med spa… Christine was extremely informative and professional, in doing my Botox… The front desk employee was amazing and had a great personality, the spa is spotlessly, clean and well-maintained… Can’t wait to visit again

Dr. Pham is a true artist. She suggests fillers, botox, etc., that enhance your natural beauty. I have been to so many places for filler and botox, and I keep coming back to her. I trust her artistic eye so much that I now ask her to tell me what I need. She doesn't try to oversell products or services. My results are so flawless and natural that people are surprised when I tell them I have had stuff done. She is the only one I will let touch my lips! Her medspa is also gorgeous and clean. I have never had to wait long. Also, the new aesthetician, Delma, is a gem. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Tre MedSpa for about two years and counting for Botox. I always have a wonderful experience at Tre MedSpa. The staff is exceptionally professional and kind. Dr Pham explains the procedures and attentive to clients questions. The space is immaculately clean and inviting. I also appreciate the variety of services they offer. Highly recommended!

I understand maybe professionals and or establishments look down on groupon or coupons but, sometimes that is what it is. I went here with a groupon for botox. I felt the lady I was with was very pushy, she would not stop talking about get lip filler or getting more units. I felt uncomfortable and its hard to say anything when you have someone doing a procedure such as botox because I don't want this lady to mess up my face. So I started with a lip flip, ended up getting lip filler elsewhere because of pricing and the experience with the pushiness but, I did not use all my units. I started going to school and wanted to use the rest of my units and the lady refused to use the rest of my units and insisted on purchasing more. Which further lead to me being discomforted. I paid for the services. So I did not get to use the full groupon and was left disappointed.

I went in for a particular thing to be done, getting my jawls lifted and was talked into having injections in my cheeks. I have looked weird ever since and now can't afford what I want done. I would not recommend this place.
