The worst coloring experience I've ever had. A month ago, I had an appointment in this salon. I’ve been using the same brand for coloring my hair for more than 9 years. I used to do my hair in another salon in Tacoma. But my colorist went on vacation and her substitute didn't seem to get what I wanted. So, I decided to try another salon. To begin with I asked for a color chart to show exactly what I want. The colorist Sarah (the owner) said that she is "not comfortable" with showing me the color chart. It was surprising for me, but I managed to find a picture of me with the color I wanted on my hair. Then I asked which developer she was going to use. That was very important for me to discuss because there were previous unfortunate cases when colorists used the wrong developer, and I ended up with the “hot roots” and didn’t have time to fix that. The colorist was very reluctant to discuss that as well. Then I asked her about the formula she was going to make and again got the same answer that she is "not comfortable" with telling me that. It was so weird! I used to discuss my options with the colorists and know exactly what was being put on my hair. Nobody ever had any issues with that. But I decided to agree with that as well because I really needed to do my hair, and I’d waited for that appointment 2 weeks and I had to pay a nanny to stay with my kid while I was on that appointment. I didn’t want to waste that time and money for nothing. In a couple minutes another colorist came to me and said that they were not going to do my hair because they were again "not comfortable" with that. That was unbelievable! It really pissed me off! I demanded an explanation about what was really going on! After some hesitation they told me that they decided that I was a competitor, that I most likely had a license and that I would probably steal their professional secrets! Because I was asking too many questions! I wonder how I was supposed to steal anything if I agreed to not knowing the formula that they were going to use?! That was so outrageous and ridiculous! At the end they threatened me to call police if I didn’t leave the salon. Ladies, if you are so afraid of competitors that allow yourself to treat your clients like this, I can assure you that you’ll be out of business very soon!

I’ve been going to this salon for years now, and specifically seeing Haleigh for over 10 years and she’s the absolute best person - kind, funny, and she listens to what you want! I’ve gotten multiple balayages and haircuts, eyebrow waxing/tinting, and highlights. Always 10/10 every time!

My wife is professional wedding and event planner. As such, she takes great pride in looking her best. I introduced her to Jen and Tre Sorelli Salon after a bad experience with another salon that literally had her in tears. She went to Jen who totally took care of her including repairing the damage done by the other group. She found the atmosphere fun yet very professional. She's been a loyal customer of Jen and Tre Sorelli since.

Came here for a cut and color about a month ago. Staff was very nice (receptionist not very welcoming though), very clean facilities. Color was great, felt it was thorough and turned out how I wanted. But the cut was… not great. I have curly hair and it’s deceptively long. Told the stylist this and to her credit, she was very friendly and tried to be attentive, asking questions. But what I ended up with was much less than what I paid for. 55 for a cut and personal style, but I got more of a trim because the stylist was afraid of cutting off too much, and even though I told her I dry my hair all the way when I style it, she only dried it halfway with the blower. It was frizzy, not very curly, and just did not look good. A month out and I’m going to have to get someone to fix it. Again, pretty nice staff but it was really not worth the amount I ended up paying by the end (~200). I wish she would have put more effort into the cut/style portion of my appt as she did the color…

Emma is the absolute best! After having been to several other hair salons, some ending in tears, I found Emma. She is able to cut a short feminine looking haircut and I know that every time I go in she will cut it perfectly.

I have been going to Tre Sorelle for a little more than 2 years. Kristina is professional, listens to my suggestions, offers new things, and always makes me feel special. I have a trip coming up in Feb and she's offered to come in on her day off to make sure I look my best. All the stylists there are friendly. The shop is smartly decorated and clean. And to top it off, they offer specialized coffee on the house. I had a sugar-free latte today. I highly recommend Tre Sorelle Salon. 👌

I discovered Tre Sorelle back in 2019 when I moved to Auburn. I no longer live in Auburn but I still make the drive to see Haleigh. She is super talented! I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find someone who knows how to work with the chaos that is my hair and she does. Plus, my color is always on point! Tre Sorelle is très magnifique!

Been going here since opening day. Comfortable atmosphere with friendly, kind, talented stylists. All our kids got their baby’s first haircut free, and even our kiddos with anxiety and sensory struggles learned to feel comfortable here because the stylists are so patient and understanding. They also have stylists volunteer to do free cuts/head shavings for chemo patients. I love that men, women, and kids can get high quality professional cuts, color, and styles here without some of the competitiveness or cattiness I’ve experienced at other salons. Can’t recommend Tre Sorelle enough!

I went into my appointment blind, not knowing the stylist I would have today and I’m glad that I did. Haleigh W. is such a bubbly and joyful person. She’s also thoughtful and kind, making sure to ask about your hair styling preferences and how you want the finished result to feel/look. She treated me like a friend and made me feel so comfortable. I really like the way my hair looks and feels. I’ve been to this salon several times and have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone excels at their jobs. Whenever anyone in the area asks about a salon to go to, I always recommend Tre Sorelle Salon.

True to their name (Tre Sorelle - three sisters, in Italian), is a small family-owned and family-oriented local business. I've been getting my haircut here for about five years now and I absolutely love this place! The haircut is always excellent. I know two of the owners (Jenn and Sarah) very well. They are kind, outgoing people who I deeply enjoy talking to. Being born and raised in the area, they maintain their deep roots in the community by volunteering at the nearby schools of their children and doing charity work in and around Auburn. They are extremely accommodating and patient with my toddler, whose unfounded and irrational fear of haircuts makes him a very difficult customer. My wife has been getting cuts and colors there even longer than I have been a customer. I wouldn't want to take my family anywhere else, nor would I feel as good giving my business to another salon. I cannot recommend this place enough, both for the quality of their work and the people who do it. Happy to call myself a customer for life.

Went here on a whim today because my other salon was really booked out and I needed my hair done before vacation. Monica did my hair and did a great job with my highlights and bangs. I love it & Im definitely going back.

Wonderful and welcoming environment. My stylist Diana was so amazing and lifted my dark box dye to a beautiful nuetral blonde! I definitely recommend coming to this salon.

Sarah was so easy to chat with, everyone here is super friendly and inviting! there's no sense of judgment no matter how bad your hair may be upon entering ;) if you're looking for a new salon look no further! I've been going to Emma for all things hair related for almost 3 years. She is amazing. She even cuts my son's hair, he's 4 and is terrified of haircuts due to a bad experience elsewhere, but she's always patient and he's starting to trust her more and more with every visit.

This place is AMAZING! Monica designed a gorgeous hairstyle for my hard-to-manage curly hair and painlessly waxed my eyebrows, all with a wonderfully friendly and professional attitude. The services they offer are crazy good value for the price.
