I had a great experience at Trends Salon! Angela did a phenomenal job with my haircut and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Angela and her team for their professionalism and excellent service.

i have been wanting to go blonde and my friend suggested i go here and work with sara and let me say. im in love. sara was so kind and was just excited to do my hair as i was. i felt taken care of and had no moments of doubt throughout the whole process. i have never been to a salon but this place set the bar HIGH. alex and ava were so nice too i felt like i was with a bunch of old friends catching up. as others walked by me they would just gawk and say how amazing its going to look and that if it looks this good wet you know youre going to love it. i really love the environment and the work sara did was amazing everyone is complementing me. i looked good and felt good. again i cannot stress how amazing sara did. LOVE LOVE LOVE cant wait for my next session!!!

I went to this salon for the $39 mani/ pedi with Hannah. There was a Groupon offered for the same price but when I went onto their website they advertised this special. I paid an additional $10 for the manicure to be done with gel polish. The first issue I had with the mani/pedi is that they did not have matching polish for the manicure and pedicure. None of the regular polishes and gel polishes were even close to the same shade. I got this done for vacation and wanted the polish color to be the same. The pedicure was ok at best, and didn't last through my week of vacation. The manicure was the worst manicure I have ever had. The gel polish was applied so thin that it didn't even look like gel. There were many bubbles and looked terrible. My nails were uneven and not even filled well. My thumb chipped before I was even home. I would never go there again, total waste of money. Luckily the nail salon I go to fit me in right before I had to leave for the airport the next day so I could have the manicure redone. Good lesson to go where I know they do a good job and not try a new place for a deal. It ended up costing me more!!!!

I wound up at Trends for my wedding when the original salon I had booked cancelled on me. Trends fit me and my three bridesmaids and mom in with three weeks notice. All of the staff there were so incredibly kind and helpful, and we all looked amazing when they were done with us. Our makeup was also done here and was incredible. I can not recommend this salon enough. So professional, friendly, affordable and talented

My daughter worked at this salon for a little while and the owner Angela treats her staff like garbage 75%of the time. She bounced several checks on her. she writes a very poor contract that she has her employees sign. This contract has no legal recourse due to the no compete Clause that means nothing in the state of Ohio. I have personally been to this salon and there is a negative atmosphere in the air and I believe this is due to the treatment of her staff. shame on you Angela for being the way you are. To run a successful business you should treat your staff with kindness and integrity and that is not at all how you run this business!!!
