Jessa is a MIRACLE WORKER. Correcting someone else's mess is challenging. She turned my hair around from looking dull to vibrant. She took the time to assess the damage and discussed in detail what she recommended to give life back to my hair. Was highly recommended by a friend, and now I will do the same. I've been going to this salon off & on for years! Since I was maybe 15 years old & I am now 26. This particular visit was a Christmas gift from my mom. This recent appointment they made a mistake in the schedule & I was forced to have my hair done by Jackie rather than my normal stylist Savannah (her daughter). I always get highlights sometimes lowlights mixed in. Jackie took 3 hours to do my hair. I arrived at 5 & didn't leave until 8 o'clock at night my children's bath time & bedtime. I rushed out the door & it wasn't until the next morning that I noticed the damage. She did chunky highlights spaced about an inch apart (like the chunky highlights people got in their hair in the early 2000's). The color was an inch from my scalp (it looked like I hadn't had my hair colored in months & she had just dyed it). Some pieces of my hair were bright blonde other parts were an orangey bracey color where she hadn't let the color sit long enough. There were huge sections of my hair that had no color at all. I asked her to cut layers to frame my face & she only trimmed my hair. She didn't even get all of the dead ends. My hair appointment was Tuesday afternoon I called first thing Wednesday morning & again the same day. I also called Thursday. I received a missed call back Friday & didn't speak with her until Monday. I sent her pictures of the mistakes as a reference. She said there was nothing wrong with my hair. That my hair was "screwed up before I got there". She proceeded to cuss at me & tell me I was being manipulative. That she would do my hair a second time but was going to charge me for it. She also claimed it was a color correction appointment. Well if it was a correction then she was correcting a mistake her daughter made. Because her daughter was the last person to touch my hair. Bottom line she made several mistakes & I was so embarrassed to walk around like that. I had to pay someone else to fix my hair. The professional stylist that fixed my hair got the dye right to the root like you're supposed to. It breaks my heart that they were so rude & mean to me. Myself, my mother, and my grand mother have been clients of theirs for years. I wouldn't suggest anyone to get their hair done there. If this is how they treat a long term client they cannot be trusted. This is me putting it nicely. But she completely ruined my hair. BEWARE!

Not only have two of these "stylists" publically slandered my friend for being dissatisfied with what she had done they are unprofessional and can't not simply get away with how they have treated a client of over 10 years !!!! Don't spend your money here
