Don’t come here! Tracy is the worst! No products and scammed pricing! If they respond I will put the post with photos and all info back up! You all need to do better and stop scamming folks for prices. Buy products for your people! JAM IS NOT FOR LOCS STOP STEALING HAIR A & C Type Tracy! I took the locs out and they couldn’t find my hair past the root! I came to you with 4 inches of hair! Synthetic interlocking at its worst!

Called to come in to get my hair braided (wig braids) and she told me to come in 45 mins. I traveled from queens to get there and the shop is still closed an hour after it is supposed to be open, all while she ignoring my calls. She braids amazing but that’s unprofessional. Should’ve just said you wasn’t there I would’ve took my business elsewhere.

I’ve been having my hair braided by Lovey for YEARS. She’s the only person I trust on my sensitive scalp. Her box braids cost around 150 and took just over 4 hours which is great timing. We listen to music. Eat together. Sing together. Trendsettas facilitates the most comfortable and pleasant time getting your hair braided, extensions, a blow out - whatever you need.

called miss lovey on monday to make an appointment for that saturday at 10AM (turns out she was out of the country when she accepted my call when i presumed she'd be the one to do my hair.) saturday comes--i get there early too--and there's only one braider (tracy) already doing last minute hair for someone else. they blew my hair out around 11:30 and then i wasn't touched again until ten minutes to 3PM. at least she twisted my hair really quickly, but i don't think i'm coming back to this salon for a long spell, if at all.

I have been going here faithfully since Sept of 2021. They did my starter locs and ever since I’ve been coming back to get my retwist and styles done….love the service and they are always willing to accommodate.

Extortion is a line perfectly with this salon. I do not write reviews, but this nasty ghetto salon doesn't deserve to be on google because they told me one price on the phone, and when you go in it's a different price. They charged $80 for simple braiding and I was a victim because I did not know better and I had emergency travel. I am warning you to refrain from going to this salon.

After walking around for 2 days looking for quality hair styling, I finally found a place where the environment is comfy, great people, a stylist who knows her $&*!. Music playing great vibes! Definitely making this my go to place .No regrets!!!!

Ms.Lovely popped my cherry, I never been to a hair to retwist my locs ever. I went to Trendsettas to get me hair done on some last minute thing. She didn't take too long, she moves very fast and she did my hair exactly how I normally do it myself. All in all it was a great experience.

Trendsettas is definitely the spot to be. They do kids natural hair and practice healthy hair for our children. They are also giving back to the community by offering free braiding for back to school on today only, Sunday September 2. Natural hair only. Check them out! I've found a salon that my daughter will regularly be going to for her hair. U guys rock!
