Went in to get black roots touched up and silver highlights. Came out with brown hair, no root touch up, and red/ blonde highlights . Not at all what I wanted. Very disappointed!

Beyond tickled with this place. Came in as a walk in, greeted immediately, and was told I could consult with the stylist. Nikki fixed my hair! She gave me my edge back! I wanted to cry, I’m getting married in less than a month and was really worried my hair wouldn’t look the greatest. I don’t have to worry anymore she got me right! 10000/10 stars really yall.

I have been going to Trendsetters for years and am always happy with my hair. The atmosphere in the salon is very upbeat and friendly. The receptionist is super nice and warm. They have a wide variety of professional products to choose from and are always willing to try them on my hair before I buy.

Lindsey is the most amazing stylist I've ever met! She was so attentive to my daughter and did an amazing job on her hair. I've never left dissatisfied. A true professional! Can't wait to go back!

I went in for a trim, and she cut off three inches of my hair!!! At one point I asked her if she was cutting a lot off because it seemed to me like it was a lot and she told me to calm down. I wish I had taken Before & After photo, so you would get the magnitude of what happened.

Unless you want orange unfinished hair and being overly priced I suggest you go somewhere else. They changed prices on me three times and I just found out that I've been over charged for 6 months or more.I have been loyal customer for years I so disappointed!!!!!

Horrible experience I've been to trendsetter a few times however the most recent visit will be my last. Salem massacred my child's hair didn't listen to anything I said it was my baby's first cut and now the only way to fix it is to shave it off

I brought my partner to this location because I’ve received multiple great services from here. However, this experience for a man’s cut was very different. The woman cutting my partner’s hair was either very excitable or was clearly on some kind of uppers. She botched his hairline and when we mentioned something she blamed it on his vein. Then she proceeded to tell him he looks weird because of the vein on his forehead. Overall a really weird experience… and he had to finish the haircut himself at home.

Been going to Great Clips since my salon closed during pandemic and my stylist there gave a good enough cut. I wanted to up my game so tried hete. Explained clearly what I wanted. Showed pics of what I wanted. Asked stylist if she was clear and able to do this....just a simple enoughhere. No problem she said. Well hair is lumpy on bottom and no sign of bobbed layers. Gave a dry cut and I haven't had a good hair day since visit 3 weeks ago. Worst cut ever.. Lays flat and uneven. Horrible atmosphere with sad cowboy music playing constantly. Expected more for a $38 haircut. Got better cut at Freaking Great Clips for a third of the price.

Big thanks to Rachel at Trendsetters!! I got up this morning and decided I wanted a haircut and highlights; she got me in, and did an amazing job! We got to chatting and forgot to do pictures, but I’ve never been so happy with my hair the first time someone has done highlights. (Bleach isn’t always my friend!) Thanks, trendsetters and Rachel!!

Found this salon by accident, I do not know this area. I really liked Salem. She gave me a great haircut after listening to me. Very pleasant person. Salon was very clean. Look forward to going back again!

Maddi is amazing…She did a color correction today and touched up my layers after I’d had some rotten luck at a different salon 2 days ago. I was super happy with the results. The picture on the left is before and the picture on the right is after.

Salem did an amazing job on my hair!! I had color treated hair so it was quite a process. I wanted oil slick and that’s exactly what I got but after only 2 washes my hair has faded to almost nonexistent in color ☹️ when you pay $641 over two visits to get a look you expect it to last more than 9 days!!!

Salem is amazing! She did a root touch up, color, shampoo, hair cut, blow dry, and style all in 2 hours today. My hair looks the best it's ever been. The salon is so cute and very welcoming! Will recommend to anyone. Payment and rescheduling is so easy as well.

A truly magnificent salon. I have never gotten a bad haircut here, the prices are reasonable and the staff is AHmazing. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they are just that good.

I ask for Sabryna and she has done a great job each time! She's very patient with our one kid who is very shy. She's done a fabulous job on coloring our teens hair with bright colors on the whole head, ombre, and half split. She's also professional, sweet, and on time. She's great!

I definitely won't come back, Sabryna took care of me, she did a very bad job, and as they always look for ways to justify themselves, that's bad, I don't recommend her, I think she's just practicing with me.

I have to give one star because the 2 appts that I booked for my children where never actually booked. We showed up at the scheduled time with the stylist name and low and be hold they were not on the schedule. They did offer to see them the next day but unfortunately that wouldn't work for us. So we never got to use their services and we won't be rescheduling.

My daughter and I have been clients of Trendsetters for approximately 8+ years. I have seen stylists come and go, but there has always been a high standard so it wasn't a huge deal since we mainly go for only haircuts, conditioning treatments and styles. However, the last 3 visits have been rough, but the last one was awful. I didn't want to switch salons but I'm not going to keep paying a quality price when I'm not getting the quality service. Very disappointing.

They were nice enough, but apparently don't know how to color hair. Spent over 5 hours there only to get muted, patchy colors that weren't blended well at all. I've been able to achieve much better results from dying my own hair at home.

Went here because I keep getting brassy highlights no matter where I go in this city. After using 40 volume peroxide with the bleach on my hair I still ended up brassy with some white pieces and had to get 3" of my haircut off at another salon. Everyone was very nice that's great but now it's gonna take me at least 3 years to grow my hair back out. Why does stylist bleach your hair but not put a toner on it that puzzles me. My hair is a medium Brown maybe a level 5 or 6. Shouldn't be that hard to highlight my hair and have it look good just very disappointe

Went in with almost waist length curly hair. Asked Nicole for long layers with no layers that would be above my shoulders. She cut my hair into what was basically a barely shoulder length bob with a weird fringe of hair that was about 3 inches longer than the rest going across my back. Worst haircut I've ever had. The quarantine layers I gave myself from a youtube tutorial were a hundred times better. I will not return and cannot recommend. I tell everyone I know to look elsewhere.

I always have the best experience every time I go to Trendsetters. Lindsey, Natalie, Maddie, and Sabrina are wonderful hair stylists. They are always professional and welcoming.
