Beth St. Martin did a wonderful job on my hair! She made me feel very comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable about hair! So, after about two months from my last visit I went back because she previously did a great job. I went back to get halo highlights and she left a giant orange chunk where I part my hair and my highlights are splotchy, and brassy. I feel like a calico cat. I go on Friday to get my hair fixed and I’m hoping Carmen will really make it better.

Carmen is one of the top color and styling experts in the region. She has created a welcoming, friendly environment at Trendz where I feel confident, respected and cared for. Her products and service are top-notch, and the customer always centered. I’ll never return to the noisy, crowded, assembly-line environment so prevalent at other salons. She also excels at mentoring and supporting the stylists who rent space at Trendz. Lots of happy customers and laughter. I leave feeling like a million bucks every time. Highly recommend!

Recently moved to Knoxville and had my first haircut here. It was more expensive than where I lived previously but I'm very happy with the result. For reference, I have 2B to 3A type hair. Megan respected my hair texture and knew how to work with it. She was very helpful discussing styling tips for my hair, not gatekeeping or pushing styling products. I would gladly go back for future haircuts.

By far one of the worst experiences I have had. Staff is mostly nice but they just do what they want. I came in with some hair I wanted covered and a cut. I asked for short hair and I got a bob. Not at all what my inspo photos were. There was also a huge chunk of hair that was just totally missed when coloring. Charged almost $200 for a basic color and cut that can’t even be done right. I had to argue with the manager for a refund which ended up not even being half of what I paid. By far the worst haircut I had to go home and fix the color myself. I hate my hair and don’t even recognize myself.

I got my first REAL balayage done by the HANDS DOWN best beautician I’ve ever been to! Meagan Mixon did a beyond amazing job all around! I’m finally in love with my hair and it’s all thanks to her! I won’t be caught dead at another salon from here on out! She took complete care of me the entire time I was there. She helped me to understand everything that was being done throughout the process of coloring my hair and cutting it. For once I wasn’t stuck wondering how my hair was going to turn out in the end. It was the best experience I’ve ever had!

I recently had my hair colored and cut by Meg Ladon at Trendz Salon and I loved the experience! She does fantastic work and really has an eye for detail. She made sure the color was exactly what I wanted, and was so kind and gentle through the whole process. The employees at the salon really work together to help each other. I am looking forward to returning soon!

I went to Trendz yesterday and had Meagan Mix as my stylist she went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and walked out happy. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and I am now a weekly client of hers. The rest of the staff are equally as sweet and attentive and you couldn’t ask for more from a salon and its entire staff. I would recommend Trendz and Meagan to anyone looking for services and a permanent salon.

I willingly drive 2.5 hours to go to this salon... and it's worth it. Many salons are snobby and aren't customer oriented. This salon cares about your business and aims to make their clients happy! I see Angie for hand-tied hair extensions, she is professional and experienced. The quality of hair is impressive and I couldn't be happier. Trendz has reasonable prices and extended availability to fit my schedule. Plus she offers me wine during my appointment!🍷Definitely recommend.

Meg did an amazing job with my hair. I had been wanting a shag cut for a minute. A good friend of my husband’s recommended her to me and I’m glad he did! She listened to everything I said and asked questions to make sure it would turn out exactly how I wanted. She was even able to cut my hair extensions to blend in with my natural hair. I will definitely be going back to her.

Meg did my 10 year old daughter's hair this morning and from the moment we walked in the salon, she made us feel right at home. She did a long pixie cut and my daughter loves her hair! She even put some cute colorful extentions in her hair for free! 10/10 recommend Meg. She did an amazing job!

Meg is a miracle worker! She accepted the challenge of my 3 year forgotten about hair and absolutely killed it! She was so kind and patient even when a cut and color turned into a 2 day color correction event. I wasn’t expecting to find my Salon or stylist first try but I certainly did. The whole place just has exactly the right vibe.

Went to see Meagan Mixon today for a big change and she did NOT disappoint! She made sure everything she did was how I wanted it, and I am ecstatic with the transformation. I went from very long and dark to chin length layered bob and she did a great job. I will 100% return to her again!

Absolutely loved having Megan do my hair! Our original plan didn’t work out because my hair was too damaged so she did something even more amazing with it! So glad she did a test strand so I didn’t end up with my hair failing out. Def recommend this place and Megan for any hair needs you have!!

I highly recommend Meg Mixon. She took the time to listen to what i wanted and executed it perfectly. She is sweet and easy to talk to. Her prices are very reasonable and she’s highly knowledgeable! also if you’re looking for bright vivid color, she IS the best. she did a wonderful job on my short/half shaved bright teal hair. she does a wide variety of cuts, colors, styles, etc. Check her out asap!

Meg Ladon did an incredible job with my hair! I was ready for some fun vibrant colors and she helped me narrow down what I wanted and the finished result is AMAZING. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair. The colors are fantastic and she also cut my hair so it would frame my face more and put in layers to help the curls bounce back up. I asked for no extra styling/maintenance and none is needed :) I would absolutely recommend Meg for vibrant colors & curly haircuts.

Absolutely horrible! It cost me $80 for them to sit there and cluelessly straighten my hair. That was it all I asked for! My hair was horrible and frizzy, not straight whatsoever. I had to go home and redo it myself. I should’ve at least gotten a discount for how bad it was!

Beautiful salon, knowledgeable staff and professional stylists and nail techs! I see Monique for extensions and she does an amazing job! I drive 2 hours just to see her! (I would drive more!) She is a Master at her craft and has always made herself available for aftercare because she truly cares about her clients. I really can't say enough great things about Monique and Trendz Salon - they set the bar very, very high!
