One week after the business told me they'd contact me, I am still waiting to hear from them. I would have loved to give them a chance to make it right. --------------------------------------------------------- I went in for a consultation as a new customer, and they were over 30 minutes late seeing me, which is completely disrespectful.

I searching for a medical spa to have a Micro-Dermabrasion & Skin Infusion, and saw that there was one right by my house. The staff is super friendly, great customer service and inviting. I knew right away I came to the right place and boy was I right. I have very sensitive skin, and was worried of flaring and redness, but had no issues, In fact my face felt amazing, brighter, and baby soft to the touch. Dr. Liz walked me through the procedure, what she was doing, and how beneficial it will be now and in the long run. My hubby even said I looked 10 years younger, lol, but I sure felt like it. Having a one year old has not allowed me the time to clean as often as I liked, and this cleaning sure made me feel whole and beautiful again. Thank you Liz and staff, you're simply amazing and a perfect gem to the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back.

I have been going to Tres Jolie since 2022 and I’m just impressed with their service. My esthetician Allegra does a phenomenal job every time. She is very experienced and advices the right products. Following her advice, my skin looks amazing! I’d recommend this place 100% !

I’ve been to Tres Jolie a few times now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Their space is clean and staff is friendly but more importantly they are knowledgeable and make their clients feel comfortable. I only started going because it was convenient but keep going back for the professionalism and great results.

This was my first time visiting Très Jolie Medical Spa and my experience was AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I went in for a Botox consultation and I am OBSESSED with my results!! Nurse Claryssa answered all of my questions and concerns. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my injections. She is the best! I will be going back for more treatments.

Desperately needed a Botox appointment on Friday evening at 6 PM when my other aesthetician canceled on me. The salon gracefully excepted my request and provided an excellent informative experience by administering my Botox. Great prices, great staff, and the best customer service I have experienced at a salon. Highly recommend

Horrible service. Had a 12:15p appointment and waited half an hour just to be told they were running late. How do you make an appointment for a spa treatment and then wait half an hour for your appointment? Never going back. Don’t waste your time.

It has been about two weeks since I got my Morpheus treatment done, and I am SO happy with the results!!! My skin is looking bright and radiant, I look refreshed. I had my consultation with Dr. Perez and she was very informative and knowledgeable about what treatment would work best for me. The spa is very nice and I felt very comfortable. (Super clean and private). I am planning to return for lips and botox!

I’ve been coming here for about a year for facials (chemical peels, diamond peels, etc.) and I always get the best care and product recommendations. I LOVE this place and I love seeing Allegra—she takes the best care of me and my skin! I look forward to my appointments, and leave in a better mood, feeling confident! Couldn’t find a better place to recommend.

I’ve had quite a few facials in my day and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and we used every single minute of my allotted time for my service. I tell all my friends and family to go there and you should too. 10/10, worth every penny

No filter or edit to show the healed lips🥹(except the video lol) if your on their page debating wether or not to get ur lips done here, don’t walk RUN❤️I more than highly recommend going with Mya. I have been on this lip journey for a year or so now. From the first appointment to the recent one Mya has always been very sweet, kind and understanding of my goal which she helped me reach. I will forever be thankful for the way she transformed my lips!🥹

This was my first experience getting Botox and fillers and all of the girls were so nice and welcoming! I was extremely nervous about the entire process but they held my hand through it all. Nurse Mya did amazing. I plan on continuing to come here with her. You can tell she loves her job and is also amazing at it. If you’re considering getting some work done, this is your spot, these are your girls❤️

First time coming to Tres Jolie and was very impressed. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Once you enter: the place is very clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, allowing me to feel relaxed. I went with Nurse Mya for lip fillers. She was able to observe and assess my lips for the type of filler that would be the most beneficial. I was able to communicate my desired look and she went forward with injecting. The results were AMAZING, my lips instantly looked fuller and remained naturally soft. I will definitely be booking for more services in the future!

The doctor is late to every appointment, at least 30 minutes late. She should respect client time since every client pays out of pocket for each appointment. The services are expensive and worth the cost but not when the doctor disrespects a person's schedule.
