Hi Lisa Lamb. I just wanted to thank you for our years together. I am blessed to do something that I’ve loved since I was nine years old. I get to provide for my family by doing what brings me joy . I also love the clients that sit in my chair. It’s a choice I get to make in having my own business. . Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have been blessed to do this for 30 year . I take pride and remembering what I do on each of my clients. And if I do not remember, I will ask them and we will discuss it together. If I didn’t remember what I did on my client then I wouldn’t be good at what I do. I wouldn’t be able to make the connections that I make with my clients. To be able to make every single person that sits in my chair feel special and loved. Not just a love for doing their hair, but including me in their lives. What prompted this whole debacle was your repeated questioning of how I could remember how to do someone’s hair ? When I told you, of course I remember you continuously said to me there is no way you can remember every single person that sits in your chair. I said I absolutely do. And you continued to say,. How is that possible ? My response to you was because I love what I do and it provides for my family. You insisted there was no way. You questioned me remembering your color formula. I said, of course I remember your color formula, but I also write it down. And then you proceeded to debate there is no way I can remember a formula off the top of my head . And you also questioned me remembering how you can I how cut your hair every single time. I said yes I do. You insisted there was no way that that was possible. Every time you have sat in my chair, we went over your haircut and your color. You feeling hostage in the salon that breaks my heart. No one should ever feel hostage anywhere. Especially when we can easily say I don’t feel comfortable here . Please make sure you never have that feeling again in life . Anywhere . Enjoy 2025. I was unaware that showing your hairdresser a picture of how you like your hair can become insulting to them over time because Elva never let me know. Instead, she was all smiles and hugs often telling me she ‘loved’ me. It would have been helpful if she had simply let me know how she felt. The last time I was there as Elva put color in my hair, she had the owner come over so she could publicly berate me about how I have been insulting her over the years with the pic. I felt humiliated and wanted to walk out but could not due to having color in my hair. She left me there for 1.5 hours. TBH, it felt like I was being held hostage in some kind of weird time warp. I understand good and bad days, but the way this was handled was over the top. I was treated like I purposely disrespected Elva. On the contrary, I had nothing but love and respect for her as we shared our lives and stories over the years. What a nightmare way to end years of being a loyal customer. If you decide to make this salon your home, just know that the smiles and “I love you's” are completely fake.

I've been getting my hair cut and colored by Lynette at this location for many years. It's a nice comfortable salon and all the stylists are friendly and welcoming. Lynette does an amazing job and always makes my fine hair look and feel ten times better.

I am very impressed with the service at this salon. we had a misunderstanding regarding color and I did not liked it at all, Chelsea took time to fix it at no extra charge, I was astonished, I have never experienced such generosity and professionalism , I am definitely will be a return customer and I highly recommend anyone to give them a try

I have been here twice now and both times Lynette gave me an amazing haircut. I walked in with crazy long and dry Covid hair and she made me look like a beautiful human again with body and style. What I love was the efficiency of staying in my car till my appointment time then in and out looking fabulous. I get impatient at salon's but you get the best with Lynette great service and more time back for yourself.

I was incredibly disappointed. Id looked at different salons and this one had good reviews, and when I looked at the facebook it seemed like a reliable place. When I scheduled my appointment it was pretty fuss free, and while in contact pre appointment whoever I was in cintact with was fairly pleasent. Id discussed what kind of haircit I wanted done and even went as far as to link them a pinterest with a few pictures to show the haircut I wanted, and told them my hair type as well as length. My hair is long, but at the most its wavy so the excuse of curls causing a bad cut doesnt stand. I went in for my appointment and immediately it was a bit awkward; not an issue, some people are quiet and if im getting a good haircut, i really dont mind the lack of conversation. I showed up with day two hair well brushed out, and was friendly in the brief introduction we had, but ultimately I felt like most responses I got were sarcastic or rude, so I eventually stopped attempting any conversation at all and hoped my hair would look good. Maybe they're having a bad day, with COVID family gets sick, and just general life happens. I was reserved to simply leave with a nice haircut. What i saw at the end wasnt relatively what i asked for. One small layer that left my hair straight across the back. She was obviously proud of the haircut, and when. I didnt match the enthusiasm I was once more met with rudeness. Bad day or not, it didnt feel appropriate. I asked for my hair to be cut some more, and when I was shown it again, it was the same single layer, just bigger. Granted, it wasnt a blunt ugly layer, but it literally looked like someone created a shelf with my hair. The shorter part could be brought forwards and itd simply look like I chopped my hair shoulder length. I feel like the botched cut was spiteful and ultimately left with an ugly haircut that wasnt funcitonal or remotely what id asked for. I didnt bother asking her to fix it a third time for fear of losing length and having my hair look even worse. I recognize tips are where money is made so i still tipped my stylist, but I will not be returning and I dont recommend you take your chance here either. While i sat down the clientele was mainly old men getting a trim, a few older women doing something color wise, and a kid who was obviously brought by his mother, who proceeded to chose his cut. If all youre looking to get is a trim, tbis plave is probably fine, but dont expect an actual haircut.

It was my first time getting a curly haircut ( I just started the transition). Elva is the best, extremely warm and nice , and the haircut was AMAZING. I definitely recommend it 10/10.

Omg! My hair was dead from all the coloring I put it through but Eliena help me get my hair looking beautiful and glossy. She also told me about deep hair treatment. So I also let her do that my hair is still shine and soft days later.

This place is calming and swanky. I totally loved the vibe. My stylist Crystal was was an absolute sweetheart. She was patient and had great suggestions. My highlights and haircut turned out great!!! I've tried 3 other salons since moving here in late 2019 with no luck, but I think I finally found the place.

I had my appointment with Bri. She's amazing and extremely talented. I arrived 10 min early and she saw me right away. Scheduling and confirming the appointment was a breeze. The salon is extremely cool. There's a bit of an industrial, Alice in Wonderland vibe, and I absolutely love it. I'll definitely be returning. Huge thank you again to Bri🖤

They are very careful in screening people at the door with many precautions which I greatly appreciate. My stylist, Eliana is super talented and very helpful. I followed her from the last salon she worked at. They also sell really cute masks. I super recommend coming here. 😊
