I had the best day with Sarai. She did aa amazing job job! I loved my hair and the staff were so kind and helpful. It was luxury the whole day sipping champagne and watching Sarai do her magic.

It has been about eight months since my last haircut, and I discovered that I had been using the wrong developer when coloring my hair, which damaged my ends. Jessica was amazing at working with my hair. She explained everything she was going to do and offered me options. She listened to what I wanted and showed genuine interest in my story, which I really appreciated. Jessica has created a very welcoming experience at the salon. I was immediately offered a drink and felt valued as a client. I enjoyed our conversation and am thrilled to have found a “home” for my hair needs. I can’t recommend Jessica and Tress Salon enough!

My appointment time was scheduled for 8:00 am, she then contacted me and changed to 10:00 am and then a 3rd time to 11:00am. I arrived at 11:00 am and even then she didn’t get started until approx. 12:00pm. She did tell me that she was falling behind but this was a scheduled appointment and she set the times every time she rescheduled me. My hair is long and black and leading up to the day of my appointment she only asked for photos of how I wanted my hair, never once asked me for photos of my hair , perhaps that would have been helpful so that I wouldn’t have a false expectation of what I thought my hair would turn out. On the day of my appointment she then informed me she would not be able to get me the color I wanted because my hair was too dark, which made sense but being informed of this sooner would have been nice. She also worked on other appointments that she was going back and forth with simultaneously, which I felt to be very inattentive and unprofessional. Overall, I ended up paying more than expected, $400+, for what I felt was not the greatest experience and impression on her part. Very poor time management.

Such an amazing experience! The ambiance, aesthetic, customer service, and atmosphere is everything! Jessica does a great job at making you feel comfortable and leaves your hair looking so pretty! 🤩 Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do their hair.

Always a good time at Tress Salon! Jess is the absolute best, she has been doing my hair for many years and I always leave the salon happy. She is amazing at what she does. Not only is her work amazing, so is her personality. She radiates positivity and always makes me feel so comfortable. Love her and her beautiful Salon!!

Found this salon after a yoga class and passed by this boujiee salon, I just had to stop! Jessica greeted me & my niece right away! Her customer service is hands down the BEST! Booked my 1st appt and let me tell you, she KNOWS her stuff! I have thick wavy hair and she worked that blow dryer like nobody’s business! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair!! I was going for an old mommy subtle soft balayage and she nailed it!! LOVE the style, the cut, and color!! Jessica is the BEST!!

My experience at this hair salon was an absolute nightmare. Not only did Jessica completely mess up my hair, but she also managed to fry it and damage it beyond repair. It's as if she used a flamethrower instead of a hair dye. To add insult to injury, half of my hair ended up falling off due to the damage caused by her incompetence. I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place unless you want to leave looking like a walking disaster.

Absolutely loved my first experience here today. I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in and was offered snacks and refreshments throughout my appointment. I asked Jessica for a butterfly haircut since my hair was feeling weighed down and becoming hard to style. I’m so happy with the way my hair turned out, I can style it different ways and it’ll look polished every time. Thank you so much ladies. I’ll be back next month for a color session!

I had the most best experience here with Jessica. She is warm and friendly and most importantly she listened to me regarding my hair and what I was comfortable with. I absolutely loved my haircut and my service and it’s so darn cute with fresh flowers 10 out of 10. ♥️
