While I have had two very good pedicures here, I cannot rate this place highly because of the way they run the business! Over a period of 2 months, I tried to call for appointments at least 10 times. Noone ever picks up the phone, and the voice-mail is always full. I walked in there once to try again, and not one employee greeted me, or offered to assist me. Decided to give them another try yesterday, as someone recommended one of the hair stylists to me. Same story, no answer, full mailbox. How do you run a business like that? They must have very loyal regulars, because it appears they don't care if any new customers come in.

Awesome haircuts, ask for Jimmy. He cuts my husband and son's hair & it always turns out great. Fast and friendly service. Hair looks great and it is affordable too!

Horrible experience with Carol. Did a really bad job touching up grey then wouldn't blow dry my hair even though it was included. She has a horrible attitude and do not recommend her.

I absolutely reccomend Kim-Ly and Lily, they are very talented and personable. They provide full salon services but I think mani, pedi, and eye makeup are their specialties. I believe they are by appointment only because they have a very large client base. The location is very nice, and the Plaza is safe and spacious. Their store is clean(including the bathroom which is important) and organized but perhaps the decor could be updated a bit, but their style is still definitely on point. You can never go wrong getting your beauty enhanced here with Kim and Lily.
