Love my hair! I had the keratin smoothing treatment done on my extremely corkscrew frizzy hair. It is now completely smooth, shiny and manageable. I literally wash it and air dry or blow dry and I’m done. Don’t even need to use my flat iron. Also on my trip to the ocean after swimming it dried straight while sitting on the beach. have so much more confidence! Thank you to the whole staff at Tri Essence. You all work together to get the best results! Highly recommend!

I got the Kerstin Soothing Treatment and honestly if you can, you should go somewhere else. On the website, they stated that this treatment can eliminate frizz. My hair was still frizzy and the lady told me if I wanted it straighter I can straighten it myself. I got this treatment so I didn't have to straighten my hair so I wasn't sure why she was telling me this. I also was not happy with my haircut. I asked her to make my hair like a "V" shape, but she just cutted it staright across making me loose more hair than I should of. I also washed my hair and now it's wavy. Like before. This has only been 2 DAYS!

I had my hair done by Kindra about a month ago for my wedding. It was gorgeous. I had gotten my hair done somewhere else prior, and they did a horrible job. I called on a Friday afternoon, and they got me in immediately and saved my wedding day! The staff was very nice. They gave us a tour of the spa area of the building, as it's not visible from the salon part of the business, and wow! What a beautiful establishment! Very impressive place, and kind staff.

Love Tri Essence!! Great staff, clean facility and wonderful services. Pam runs her business and is often there working and assisting. It is very easy to get in touch with them and the always communicate. I have gotten my hair cut and highlighted, my nails done and a massage. I would recommend all of it!

I get my hair regularly done at this salon and have no issue with the hair and skin care treatments that they offer. However, I am not satisfied with the manicure and shellac service that they have. The technician was nice enough, but for $42.00 she didn't do anything that I typically would get for a less expensive manicure. No cuticle treatment (just pushed them up and didn't trim them...my nails still look jacked). In places, the polish was uneven. Shellac is supposed to last at least two weeks and I've had it before...it's been three days and I have peeling and it already cracked. Go to an actual nail salon before this one. Again, hair and skin treatments I have no issue.

Overpriced, poor quality service( my shellac job was terrible) and extremely snotty staff with exception of one young lady. Ridiculous.
