IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH A CARD MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE LEAVING THE MALL!!! OUR BILL WAS $210 FOR OUR SERVICES AND THE LADY CHARGED $100 EXTRA TO CARD!!! WENT BACK IN AND THE LADY THAT RAN US UP WASNT IN THERE SO THE OTHER LADY THAT HELPED US GAVE $100 BACK!! JUST MAKE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE LEAVING !!!!! WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

Joseph is the most kind and considerate nail Tech in the mall. For over 7 years he has been doing my nails and it has been worth every time. I highly recommend this establishment and to sit in his seat.

Please, do not get your eyebrows tinted from this place in the four season mall! My entire face swollen up after a day the dye they used must have been contaminated. I do not recommend the eyebrow tint, this is no way to leave a customer very disappointed.

Always the best service and I get what I ask for every single time! Joseph is the absolute best and he's very quick, careful, and efficient. I will never go anywhere again. The rest of the techs are amazing as well, I go with them when Joseph is busy. Amazing customer service, they are always so so sweet and keep conversation going! Jason finished my whole set in 30 minutes with no flaws! Amazing all around!

Called and made an appointment 2 days before getting there and no one greeted us! We signed in and they took 3 other customers before us that didn't sign in. Finally they said we could take a seat and it would be 7 minutes and an hour later still no service. Plus the play ground kids are very loud! Don't go there

Good experience. I had a Pedi and my daughter got her nails done (full set) I asked for them to do a cheaper type set since she is younger and I didn't wanna spend $$ on her nails for them to be on for a week or two. So he did the expensive set 😒 Had no choice but to pay for it because he already did them. But everyone was nice. Just be sure to know the prices for each thing before getting it done. $95 for a pedicure and a full set was outrageous in my opinion.

Horrible experience, I received a fill in on a set I got previously. The shaping is mediocre. When I got home I noticed how the gel polish was smeared on some nails and the other nails were bubbling up and peeling. I went back the very next day and I waited behind a paying customer, when it was my turn the lady walked away, never greeted me or anything. The man that sits in the front was extremely rude to me as I explained my issue. I will never ever set foot in that place again.

I was definitely overcharged. We got manicure and gel polish, no sets, and was charged $80 total for 2 people. ($10 for the jewels for 1 person). My polish peeled less than a week. The guy was friendly which is why I gave 3 stars. I will not be back.

My mother and I went to get pedicures done and this lady named Jung did both of our pedi’s under 35 minutes!! To top it off we both got gel and not even 24 hours the gel was popping off! Paid $45 for each pedicure for this to happen! Not to mention how dirty the place is & it doesn’t look like they disinfect their instruments between customers. NEVER going back!!!

So i thought I would get my eyelashes done here cause I wanted something cute. They lasted four days. My eyes were so irritated. There was so much glue they caked up there. When I return to get them removed the lady was soooooooo rough on eyes. All my eyelashes were gone when she was done. Whatever they put on it did not help. No more lashes from here.

Worst place ever if I could give zero start I would. I just got a full set my nail popped off completely and there real. I went back in to get it fixed they told me 10 to fix I gave them a fat tip an still would not fix it then tried to make me wait 25 mins an no 1 was in there no wonder why they have no customers very bad professional

I was charged $60 for a gel manicure and gel toe nail polish no pedicure. My nails and toe nails were bubbly and uneven. The lady did not file my toe nails at all. My nails have polish all around the top of my finger and none on the tips. Worst nail salon ever. I will never be returning.

The worst manicure I've ever received... I asked her not to cut all my nails, only file the shorter ones and cut the 3 long ones, but she cut them all off very short. She did a terrible job filing them. They are all uneven from one side of the nail to the other, they are jagged, and none are smooth around the edges. Then she painted them and I think my 8 year old could have done a better job. The paint was on my fingers, uneven, and the top coat did not cover my whole nail. I took thr paint off as soon as I walked out and had to file my nails shortly after because the ends kept catching on everything. She also got the gel polish and was going to use it on me even though I asked for regular polish. My nails look worse then when I went in. She also ignored my mother who signed in and took 2 other people who walked in after her.

When I walked in I asked for fill in & polish change on toes. Joseph was very rough asked him to stop he started telling me stuff about the nail. The nail service was rushed. I then asked him for my pedicure, he said “We’re busy so I don’t know” . Never going again terrible service.
