Such a relaxing experience. Diane took her time on my pedicure and manicure. Never felt rushed and the leg massage with hot stones was so great. She listed to my questions about my nails and helped me pick the option that would work for me. Can’t wait to go back

I had a great first experience here this past week! I called a few minutes before, and they graciously let me come right away for a manicure and pedicure. Diane did such a wonderful job with my nails, and was also so fun to spend time with! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my color which she picked out for me! The pedicure was also wonderful. The level to which they know their customers is amazing - there really wasn’t a granger who walked through the door.

I have been going to Triangle Day Spa for over 10 years! Tried cheating one time because I needed a last minute fill in before going on a trip and well lets just say haven't cheated since. Awesome colors to pick from and just an all around great service EVERYTIME I go!! Diane does gel nails to a perfection!

Excellent pedicure, probably the best around town, the massage part especially. Amazing and Nung and Diane are so professional. Highly recommend this spa!!!! the newer spas around just don't have the customer service nor the work ethic these ladies have!

Got a massage and my nails done and both were wonderful! Pamela did my massage, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Diane did my nails, she hand painted a beautiful design and they haven’t chipped at all! She was super kind and funny, very personable. Great price for both, great location and super cute building. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. If you want to have your nails done, please go somewhere else. I walked in and was met with two unfriendly women who clearly did not have interest in providing services to me. My sister had purchased me a gift certificate this past summer (which apparently expire ?!) which is the only reason I had gone. I had requested chrome gel nails and an acrylic set put on. I was told, as I sat in an empty nail salon, they did not have time for me. I looked around at the empty chairs not sure what that meant. My set was put on and I was asked to choose ANOTHER color than what I had picked. They again told me they do not have time to provide me the services I wanted. I was also told I should make an appointment although it says no where online appointments only. I had called several times to no answer so not sure how appointments are booked at this incompetent place. Overall terrible experience. I paid $30 for nails that are incomplete and will never be returning. I will now have to go to another nail salon so I can have them completed. Staff is rude and does not value their clients.

I used to be a regular here (Nail side). Great location, never a wait, staff used to be friendly. Two of my favorite nail techs moved and service is not the same. The manager likes to argue with clients. She's the "hey girlfriend type" that honestly gets too informal for my taste. I tell her I want gel, it's "no you don't want gel you want..." I tell her I want acrylics or change my mind about a polish color...whatever the situation she blows it out of proportion into a salon wide embarrassing ordeal. The last time was my final straw. After almost 3 years of being a satisfied, monthly client, I refuse to go back.

When in for a facial and it was great. The lady who did the facial, Alysia was very professional and did a wonderful job. It was very relaxing and my skin looked a lot better. I would recommend this to anyone.

BEWARE! Given a $35.00 gift card (paid for in cash) but misplaced it. When found it, I noticed that it had expired (only given 6 mo. on card). Have been in twice to see owner. No luck. Today I asked for a phone number and was given a number that was out of service. Left waiting at counter for 15 minutes but manager would not give me another phone number. How can gift card paid for in cash EXPIRE????? Sign at counter says something to the effect that a good referral is the best compliment - well they're not going to get any from me!!!!
