Andy is an angel. I'm a plus size human who was a ball of nerves coming into my first massage. I didn't think I'd be comfortable, I was. The space is inviting and soothing. Andy is talented and kind. I left relaxed and pain free, calm and happy. I'll be back next month.

I got the 90 min massage with hot stones. It was my very first professional massage ever and I highly recommend triangle wellness. The studio is very comfy and soothing. The massage room itself is really nice. I felt extremely comfortable with Andy as my massage therapist. He is so caring and professional it was easy to let my guard down and truly relax. It's obvious Andy is passionate about his practice and genuinely wants to provide the best experience possible. I will definitely be going back for more massages and I wanna try out sound baths.

I had an incredible massage with Andy. I felt seen, cared for, and tended to each step of the process. I left feeling like stress had been released and my needs for tenderness from a practitioner and physical accompaniment through pain and trauma symptoms had been met. I would 100% recommend booking a massage with Andy! Incredibly skilled, comforting and relaxed environment, trauma-informed, attentive to needs. Last time I came in I had incredible lower back pain that was totally gone after the appt. I've tried a couple places prior to booking with Triangle Wellness - now I always book with Andy!

I've gone to Andy for massage therapy for over two years, and I feel so lucky to have found him! I used to struggle with awful neck and shoulder pain. Consistently going to Andy has made a night and day difference. I feel very safe and cared for at Triangle Wellness Bodywork. You can tell Andy is never simply going through the motions. He really adapts each session to your body in that moment. I highly recommend booking a massage with Andy, especially if you are nervous. Andy has the best energy — welcoming and nonjudgemental. Very much enjoyed my massage this evening with Andy. It felt comfortable- felt very well informed of what was going to happen. I recommend the hot stones. The power went out at the end of the session and I felt zero stress about it- and felt that Andy carried out that unexpected disruption very professionally.

Andy provides exceptional care. He uses trauma informed practices and holds space at the start of the session to discuss his patients' specific needs. His massage techniques perfectly balance deep tissue work with relaxation (I explicitly requested deep tissue work). Go see Andy!

Andy was excellent; very attentive and skilled. The office is bright and homey, the bed sheets were cute, and it smelled nice. Andy listened to my needs and especially noted and cared for some specific histories I've had with massage. I work on my feet at a physically demanding job and he knew exactly what kind of work I needed on my hands/legs/ankles/feet. I think this practice is really special if you are a person who is curious about massage but are worried about your specific sensory or trauma needs.

Andy’s hands are magical, and I love that he incorporates hot stones if that’s something you’re interested in. Came in after an overnight shift where I didn’t get much sleep after, and left feeling refreshed and renewed. Can’t recommend him enough!

i've had 2 sessions with Andy so far and have been blown away by how attentive and trauma informed their practice is. no one else has been able to relieve pain from my spinal injury like Andy does!
