I relocated to Raleigh 2 years ago and have been searching for a salon that can maintain healthy hair, is professional and can do multiple styles with natural hair. Trichology has check all the boxes. My stylist Jordyn is great. She always has a great personality, she provides quick service and the styles have been on point. I feel comfortable with her taking care of my thick, natural hair. Oh, she is the bomb at shampooing your hair. I believe I found a winner with this salon! UPDATE 9/17/23: well my disappointment has set in. My experience started wonderfully but somewhere the service started going down. The styles were not on point and the additional services like color and trim were hit or miss. The prices never matched matched the quality I was getting. I’m very saddened by this because I just knew this place was a winner.

Jordyn does my hair & always does an amazing job. She takes the time out to educate me on how my hair is doing and what the best option for it is. We always find a happy medium and my hair always thrives when she does it. I usually get a wash & treatment & blow out.

I absolutely love Kiana. She is all about healthy hair. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my hair and Kiana always does a great job. Her daughter Jordyn does a great job too and they treat you like family.

I love it here! I brought my 3 yo son today for the first time for a deep conditioning & retwist bc he has locs. He was skeptical at first but he sat so well! Jo was very attentive and gentle with him! He was so comfortable and no tears! 10/10 would recommend.

I recently went to this salon to get my locs done, and I had an amazing experience! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. But what really made my visit special were the wonderful stylists, Jordyn and Kiana. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in, making me feel comfortable and valued. Their expertise and attention to detail in creating my locs were top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the results! I highly recommend this salon to anyone.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Jordyn for years now. She’s rescued my hair from a couple of bad stylist I’ve been to while traveling out the state. She’s washed, cut, colored and styled my hair and I love it every time. She takes the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I love how clean and tidy the salon is. There is water and coffee if thirsty and the bathroom is always well stocked and clean. Prices are great. I definitely would recommend !

My first visit at Trichology was amazing I knew by the first time going I found my new stylist! Jordyn was able to give me tips on how to take care of my hair and styled my hair so beautifully, it’s so hard finding a good stylist to trust and to know exactly how to treat your hair especially with the texture of hair that I have. The salon is always clean and it is absolutely beautiful there !! you can tell that Jordyn has dedication into what she does !! The Pricing was reasonable for what this salon provides, everytime I come here I feel like a new beautiful person with my style! I would recommend coming here

The owner is very nice. However, I came in for a relaxer retouch. Keep in mind I am not a hair stylist and only know what they tell me. I will start by saying she relaxed almost my entire head, even though I only came for a retouch. And secondly, she relaxed my hair bone straight, and did not ask any questions about how exactly I wanted my hair. I did not want a bone straight relaxer, and I now have two different textures of hair and its pissing me off every time I look at it. I noticed a similar thing when she was styling, and I understand that she’s a stylist and thinks she knows everything but I paid 120$ just for her not to listen to me. If you have locs, I think she is the stylist to go to. Otherwise, go somewhere you’ll be heard.

Trichology put my worries about my hair to rest! The salon has consulted me on how to get and keep healthy hair! My hair was given proper treatments for my damaged hair! I absolutely love the hairstyle and cut! I enjoyed my visit everyone made me feel welcome and more confident about my hair! Thank you Trichology Hair Salon! Today was my first appointment, and I enjoyed every aspect. I was able to have both Jordan and Keana work on me and they both were so nice and knowledgeable. Jordan is a must on the shampoo…I needed alllll that she gave in that bowl. The scalp scrub and massage was love. She flat ironed my hair in no time as well! Keana relaxed my hair really fast and although I scratched my head ALOT prior (due to a super itchy scalp) it did not burn like it has with others. I just knew I would have a million scalp sores bc of my scratching. Jordan rinsed it so long and massaged it so well that I forgot all about the possibility of my scalp burns. Keana knows hair and I can tell she loves to educate and knowledge share. I look forward to coming back and my daughter will be in next! I’m pretty sure that we have found our stylist. Did I mention that nothing about my appointment felt rushed or like they were just “going through the process”!!!!!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done at this salon and it was AMAZING. I felt so open to speak freely on my hair struggles and I normally dont do so much talking lol.. The shampoo was wonderful! Jordyn was so gentle with my hair and I left with super soft curls and BODY!!! I enjoyed my time here and the salon is super clean and very nice. You can tell the ladies here really know their stuff. I was provided with some great information and scheduled a standing every 2 week appt. Jordyn put me on a hair care regime that I feel so good about!!! Can't wait to take my healthy hair journey with Trichology Hair Salon! Everything I have been searching for and more!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here! I was past due a retwist for my locs and was referred to Jordyn by another salon owner in Raleigh. I visited and enjoyed my wash and treatment and advice about my scalp. I especially loved the manager :) ! I cannot wait to get back! Thanks so much for an amazing authentic experience.

This salon was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. I live out of town and will travel back just for another experience like this! Jordyn Taylor is a great stylist and treated my hair with care. She even told me what I needed to maintain my hair after I left the salon. The manager is also very helpful and professional. Both women are very educated on hair and hair health. I will be back very soon.

We moved to the area this year and I was nervous trusting a salon, but within one visit to Trichology I knew I'd found my new stylist! Jordyn immediately intuited where I was coming from with my hair strategy, listened earnestly, suggested looks, and overall made me feel like I had a "hair partner" more than any other stylist. Pricing was incredibly reasonable for how thorough of an experience you receive (down to recommending products and improvements to your regime) and I feel beautiful in my new do! 10/10, will return!

Kiana is AWESOME! Today (2/28) was my first appointment with her. She is very knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge with you regarding your hair. She did a consultation with me and she pointed out some things that could be causing the issues with my hair. She's also very friendly and welcoming her shop is really cute and speaks a lot about her. Couldn't believe I had a Sunday appointment lol. I will definitely be returning!

2009/2010 was when I first meet Kiana and she start taking great care of my hair.🤗 Now she takes GREAT care of my daughter's hair! My daughter started seeing Kiana age 4 and she is now 6 1/2 and her hair has continued to remain healthy and grow! I make sure to follow all and any advice Kiana provides me for her hair when we are in between appointments and it has helped tremendously!!! Her environment is always clean and very welcoming 🙂 Kiana is heaven sent!!

I have been going to kiana for 3 months I came to her with dry brittle and damaged hair. I'm still in the process of cutting my damaged hair off and she has been so patient and kind in helping me restore my hair...my hair is soft and moist no longer dry as for the damage hair kiana has been working well in cutting it off

I’ve been going to Hair Trichology since July of 2020, I had really bad dried and damaged hair. It had to be cut short short (ear length) now February of 2021 it’s almost to my shoulder blade.

My favorite salon ever! After many failed results and treatments from going to other places- Trichology got me right!!!! I am always welcomed with a big smile from Kiana. We have great conversation and I leave feeling better than I came in. The location is convenient and very clean. I love it.
