Trichology is a fantastic salon! As a guy with long hair, finding a barber who understands my needs and the look I want, can be tough. Travis gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had, using impressive razor techniques and really taking the time to understand my style, and give my hair a natural look. From the welcoming atmosphere to the overall vibe of the employees, the whole experience was enjoyable. My hair feels fresh, lively, and looks amazing. Highly recommend Trichology for anyone looking for a truly great haircut! I'll definitely be back, thanks. - Cheers

Excellent management and leadership at Trichology. They mix professionalism with warmth like no other. Jason did a great job achieving the goal for my sons hair - a wavy texture perm. Not many people do perms, so very glad we found Jason and the Trichology team.

Marlo was an absolute joy! I am usually nervous to find a new stylist and Marlo was friendly and took her time to talk to me about my concerns and what I wanted to accomplish! I scheduled my color appointment before even leaving the salon!

Samantha was AMAZZZZING! I haven't had a good haircut in years because hairdressers always cut too much. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job with layers. Highly recommend 👌 😄

Both my mom and I got our hair done today, it was our first time at Trichology! We had an amazing experience, both of us left so refreshed and happy. I booked with Samantha, whom is officially my new stylist! She was BRILLIANT, she knew exactly what I needed! She was super sweet and personable, I felt so comfortable and in good hands. To put it simply, I loved her!! My mom booked with Baleigh and loved her as well! Baleigh gave my mom a super short trendy cut that made my mom feel like she was a new woman! Baleigh also hung around and just chatted with us after her shift, she was so kind. I highly recommend these two ladies at Trichology! Super knowledgeable. They know how to do hair!!!! True artists!

First time visiting an actual hair salon, and it was great. Vy did a amazing job cutting my hair with attention to detail. I usually get my hair cut at one of the main mass hair cutting places, but prices have been creeping up every single visit. Decided to try somewhere new and have been happy with the experience. Will be coming back!!

I brought my son here a few months ago and Vy did a great job. So I came back today and she cut my hair. This was a great experience all together. Not only did Vy do a fantastic job on my hair, but she is also such a nice lady and is so easy to chat with. We will be back.

A++ Vy was professional and at the same time making me feel comfortable. communicating about what I want was perfect and the cut, wash, and styling was perfect. I would highly recommend her to all my friend. Also music was on point that day.

I advised I wanted a dark chocolate base. I was told I did not need one and my natural color was dark enough. I advised I wanted dimension created with multiple colors for highlights and for my grays to be covered. I was told I didn't need my grays covered, they'd blend in with the highlights. Only one color was used for highlights. It blends in with my hair because my natural hair isn't in fact dark enough. I said I wanted an ashy highlight. A toner was applied but this isn't anywhere close to the ash I asked for. I asked for a wolf/butterfly cut with high layers and a tapered bottom with bangs that was below shoulder length. Any other time I've asked for this razors have been used to achieve the look. Not this time - I received curtain frames, no bangs, cut way high (Just touching shoulders) in a flat bottom cut with very uneven layers. I look like an 80s soccer mom and was charge $400 for it. I've had better hair cuts at Walmart. The hair dresser didn't even ask if I liked it before shuffling me out the door. My grays are as pronounced as ever. I asked to speak to a manager to report my experience and instead was put on hold for 20 minutes until I gave up. Edit: I provided pictures for both the cut I wanted and coloring...what I received looks nothing like the cut or color requested. Edit 2: This salon will never touch my head again. I'm editing to say the salon was specifically asked what experienced hair dresser would be recommended, I was willing to wait til that hair dresser had availability. This salon recommended the one with the least experience who lives with 3 roommates. I'm presuming because she had the most availability. Also to say the more I look at this one color I received the more angry I get. It's not ash at all, it's bronze at this point with an orangey undertone. And my framing around my face isn't even - she didn't even check! Spend a max of 10 minutes cutting my hair. So, I get to spend another $400 somewhere else trying to get this fixed. Stay away from this salon!!

Beautiful salon with great staff and stylists. I go to Samantha for all of my regular cuts and trims. She is incredibly attentive to my hair goals and leaves me with a bouncy, beautiful blowout each time - my hair has never been healthier!

Hands down! Worst experience I've had in quite some time!! First of all, the website says one thing on pricing! After the color was done I was told 205$ instead of 140$. I refused to get it cut I paid 165$ for color I hate and now I'm going somewhere else for a cut! LORD!

This place is awesome. Jason Gimm was amazing. They listened to my partner extensively. And fixed the bad hair cut he got from the last place that he hated. He will definitely go again and now I will too :) Update: So my partner went again. Last time Jason Gimm had to work on top of a bad haircut and the haircut was way better than it was before. This time he was able to work on it, style it, and it looks SO GOOD!!! On top of that, they are all super professional and extremely nice. We love this place!

Vy Nguyen ( @vy_mnguyen ) absolutely SLAYED my hair in one sitting yesterday!! , I came in with compromised brassy orange hair and she gave me the color correction of my dreams and got me to the perfect cool tone blonde in one session, my jaw hit the floor! She was so gentle the way she handled my hair I really appreciated the effort of how she parted and brushed /washed my hair with so much care and patience , even after a color correction involving bleach; my hair was healthier walking out than it was coming in. I love it so much I will definitely be back in her chair and I recommend you find yourself in it if you want amazing Instagram model hair 😍 she is so kind and wonderful conversation as well. 5 stars
