Worst service ever, they kept sending me appointment confirmation messages and when I went for the haircut they said no students showed up. They were not even sorry about it and was asking me instead what to do.

I've attended other salon schools many times in the past, so I know what I'm signing up for. However, I would not recommend this beauty school salon. First, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I understand busy schedules, but this wait seemed excessive, especially with the minimal check-in or updates. Second, the teaching model seems prime for errors. In other schools, the teacher checks-in with the student after the initial consultation, throughout the process, and a final check, thus minimizing potential mistakes. The student was left on her own to perform the hair cut, which may have contributed to my poor results. Third, this is the main issue as to why I wouldn't recommend the school; the wait could have been an off day, and the lack of supervision may be fine for other students. However, my hair cut was so bad. It was completely uneven. Zero movement. Chopped bluntly. The "face-framing" pieces was a choppy chunk out of my hair. I asked her to try blending it because it looked like a mess, but her correction proceeded to make it worse and shorter and shorter. I told her to stop cutting, and I exited the appointment. I had to visit a real salon today to fix this hair cut, and the stylist immediately commented on the multiple issues and how it was one of the worst haircuts she has seen. Thankfully, she rescued the haircut. I'm a strong supporter of education, so I love to attend schools! But I definitely was disappointed with this experience. The one star given on this rating here is because my student was actually very nice and friendly.

Mary did a great job with my Keratin Smoothing Treatment!! I have been getting salon keratin treatments for about 8 years now so I know my way around the block, but Mary did a fab job and trimmed my hair exactly how I wanted it! Obviously it wasn’t the same as going to my usual salon stylist because it is a beauty school, but it was great for the price and I am happy with it!

I go here whenever I’m in town pretty good deals for students to provide services well my recent exp -First time I tried to get lashes they didn’t have glue now they finally have glue they didn’t have lashes in stock so they gave me option to go get my own lashes from cvs or target well when I got back they said they didn’t have strip glue they had a glue that lasted longer I would have to remove with special product because glue they have is supposed to hold longer well that wasn’t true eyelashes didn’t even last the night I left thinking they weren’t very secure but teacher came an added more glue to corners they still did not feel glued in I don’t get lashes all the time but I wanted to try it the hair style was great but the lashes department need work between not having items or proper glue it’s not worth the trouble lashes on left no lashes on right same day service

I was able to get a facial and a silk press and I can say I left completely satisfied . The facial by Ciera put me to sleep and made me feel rejuvenated; she was friendly and very witty I rescheduled a return facial for the end of the month. Of corse my new dew got me feeling up to an outing thanks to zee for silk pressing and curling me up this was not my first time with her and again I am satisfied. Thank you all!

This place is sill great! I have been going here for several years to get my hair colored. I have never had a bad experience with any of the students. They are professional and always double check with the teacher before doing anything.

Came here to get my locs done, very pleased with the students here. Kayla C retwist my hair and did two stands. She’s good and fast! You won’t be in her chair for very long! I highly recommend this Beauty school.

I ventured here because of a recommendation from a friend about their quality of service. All staff was super welcoming and helpful. It was my first time at this location and I had heard about their skin care and facial treatments. It was definitely a wonderful experience. I received treatment from Ciarrah and she was very professional and efficient. She explained every process thoroughly, continuously made sure I was comfortable. She also helped me understand the process and the materials available and with her expertise recommended some skin care products that would benefit my skin specifically. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back

I’ve been seeing Ciarrah for facials, and I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve gone back multiple times because she truly knows how to improve the health and appearance of my skin. Each session has made a noticeable difference, especially in terms of hydration and clarity. My face looks and feels so much better, and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments—Ciarrah is amazing at what she does!
