Dr Currie is a magician! Love working with her - she has such precision and knows the face so well - I always feel so comfortable with her working on me, and always feel overjoyed when I see the result of her work - she always exceeds my expectations! Just love her kind and genuine nature and her true interest in listening to my goals. Could not recommend her more highly for injectables!

I absolutely love Trifecta and especially my aesthetician, Kamille. She has really focused on my problem areas that concern me and takes so much time and care every time I see her. I did 5 IPL facials and 3 microneedling facials and I'm obsessed. The combo of both has given me such improvements in my skin that has seen way too much sun in my 42 years. The entire staff at Trifecta is so kind, the location is impeccably clean and convenient for me and I really look forward to going there.

I had an appointment booked 2 weeks in advanced , on the day of my appointment they called me in and put on the numbing cream and everything but then they told me that they had no more Kybella injections and they had used them all on the patient before me. I took time off from work and had a long commute to make it to my appointment all to have my time wasted and they didn't offer any sort of compensation. I was very unhappy with my experience.

I’ll never return here after being a regular customer for 4 years. The level of service has completely dropped off in the past 6 months & they refuse to listen to my individualized needs. They are also pushy to upsell other services. They’ve now given me awful results more than once, which doesn’t justify the very high price point.

I’ve been here several times and had great experience but my provider today was very aggressive and pushed treatments on me that I didn’t want! I had to say no lips 4 times!!!! Never going back!

Kamille was my esthetician. She was so patient and HEAVEN sent! She was able to walk me through all the steps, she made me feel so comfortable as if I was in my own home, and she continuously made sure I was OK throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming again to continue my micro needling sessions.

The staff were lovely very welcoming. The technician listen to my concern and guide to the procedure the would give me the result I wanted. I felt very comfortable she took her time with me. So far I like what I see but it only a day .I waiting to see what I will look like in two weeks. I had my lips and jaw line done with fillers.

I love, love this place. I am not new to Botox or lip fillers, but I have never had a better experience than the one I had with Yulia. She is very knowledgeable, gentle with the needle and understands the look you want to achieve. I would strongly recommend you seeing her. I will be coming back for all my aesthetic procedures. I was a loyal customer here for around 5 years without issue. Referred many friends (whom I will be taking with me), and was for the most part happy. Until…I recently bought a package as a gift for my husband and realized that the rate for this service was double considering surface-area due to men not getting the lower third of their face treated due to facial hair, yet being charged a full face. It felt discriminatory toward a class already unlikely to seek out a beauty treatment and worse and but of an insult to a customer’s intelligence math wise. I didn’t actually think that was their intent so I thought I would point it out as constructive feedback. I didn’t want a place I frequented to lose business when someone found a better deal elsewhere. To me it was merely an oversight of illogical math. They sent me a post appointment email that asked “How’d we do?” I“Rate us” on Yelp or some such and further down it read if you’re not satisfied “click here”. I selected this. I certainly didn’t want my feedback public (like it is now) because it was just constructive .and not a real complaint. I didn’t want to lower their rating. I voiced my opinion bc they literally asked “let us know how we can improve”. I voiced my opinion with logic, math, and basic understanding of square surface area. I hit send, thinking my feedback would be communicated via a manager to corporate/whoever does pricing and that I’d never think about it again. Instead my phone rang from Trifecta downtown office with an irate manager on the other end who said “Omg.! Why did you do that?! Why would you send that?! Everyone can see it! My whole company. You’re getting me in trouble” I explained that I was sorry and had absolutely no intention in getting anyone in trouble. I never mentioned an actual issue of bad service and I intentionally responded internally so as to not create a bad review. I as in shock that at this point I was forced to argue about my opinion to a REQUESTED FEEDBACK email. This manager then told me that SHE DID NOT REQUEST my feedback and then continued that if I wasn’t happy it was NYC and I could go elsewhere. I was flabbergasted. Wow. Fully mentally unstable customer service. As I said, I was never unhappy until this psychotic moment. Meanwhile I’d just prepaid for multiple services in full on that day. That said, I wasn’t going to give my money to a place who would hire a manager that gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She argued. She insulted me, told me the email requesting feedback was not actually requesting feedback. Gaslighting insanity on crack. She then over the top politely responded to the email internally (like Jeckyll and Hyde) knowing the rest of company would see. “Thank you so much for your valuable feedback!” She gushed. “We’ll let the owners know your thoughts.” So here , I hope the owners see my thoughts. I was very happy with this place until I was insulted by your manager. I got a refund for all my services planned for the future, and I am going elsewhere as well as referring the 5 friends I sent to Trifecta to my new place. So sad for the owners of this place who are likely losing other business unnecessarily when the other people who work there are great.

I love love this med spa! They make you feel so comfortable and take their time to listen to your needs and offer advice on how to address your needs. My girl Yulia is the best! She is so good at what she does. Love her!! And the girl at the from desk Teresa was so nice to me! Very professional. 10/10 experience
