Very good customer service ! Juliet took care of my nails and they are perfect! I did a gel manicure ; it cost 45$ and it is worth the price 💅 if you pass in Brickell neighbourhood, I really advice you to take an appointment 😊!

Worth the read. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called last minute for a blowout, and though they initially said no, they called me back with an appointment in 30 minutes. I rushed over, and when I arrived, they washed my hair again despite it being wet already. I have thin shoulder-length hair and wear clip-in extensions, which I brought with me. After the stylist finished blow-drying my hair in 10 minutes, she struggled to put in my extensions, so I had to practically do it myself. I expected a small upcharge for the extensions, maybe $15-$20. She then asked for a photo of the style I wanted, and I asked for simple beach waves. She had no idea how to do them, so she had to ask someone else for help. When I went to pay, they told me the total was $165. I was shocked. I was quoted $50 for the blowout, and with the extensions, I expected maybe $80. But $165? I asked for an itemized bill, but they couldn’t explain the charges. I then asked to speak to the manager, and when he got on the phone, he was incredibly rude, claiming I was crazy to expect a $50 blowout. He insisted their starting price was $75. I told him that’s not what I was quoted, but he didn’t care. Here’s the worst part: When I asked to see proof that the stylist was licensed, the manager flipped out. He told me it wasn’t my business to ask for a cosmetology license. That’s when I realized she was likely not licensed, and I refused to pay until I saw proof she was a legal stylist. He asked to speak to the stylist and they spoke back and forth in spanish and everyone looked nervous (all the employees were crowded around the front desk listening in on the interaction). The lady at the front desk told me the service was free and I could leave. This salon is running illegally, hiring unlicensed stylists, and charging whatever they want. They are taking advantage of customers and breaking the law. Stay as far away from this place as possible. This was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had.

Omggggg! Mary did my manicure and pedicure and she was aaaaamazing! I was in town for the day for business and needed my nails done so badly. After visiting one salon that said they couldn’t take me because they were booked (as I’m looking at a near empty salon) I did another google search and stumbled upon Trini Spa and I’m happy that they were able to get me in. From the guy that I initially spoke on the phone to my nail Tech Mary, to even the owner. Everyone was so incredibly warm and welcoming. I got my nails and feet done on 1/8, it’s now 1/21 and they both still look good. I’ve added them to my list of businesses that I must see whenever I’m back in the Miami area.

Martha completely fixed my hair. I had extensions done else where and they didn’t trim the hair it was so terribly uneven and she trimmed it perfectly without taking off too much length. Gave me the perfect long bangs in front. I will only be letting her trim my hair

Today, I visited the beauty salon, and Mr. Lee ( the cool tattoo guy) attended to me— was nice experience. He cut and styled my hair beautifully, and his energy was truly uplifting. I absolutely loved how meticulous and passionate he was about his work. I’m beyond happy with the results. 🤟💖

The stylist blow drying my hair was was pulling my hair way too much, to the point my neck hurt. Unfriendly staff. The guy straightening my hair however was kind and gave me beautiful results. Felt some of them staring and talking about me in Spanish. Very uncomfortable visit. I would not go back.
