I just moved to North Carolina and have been trying to find a salon that fits my needs. Triniti Salon checked all of the boxes. When I arrived, I was given a tour of the salon. It’s clean and beautiful. Then I met my hairstylist Pamela. She was amazing from start to finish. My hair has never looked better! Exactly how I envisioned it.

I’m obsessed with my new haircut and style! I was completely blown away by the quiet rooms tranquility while getting my hair washed, and the overall vibe of the place. I got my hair taken care of by 3 very talented hair stylists - Thank you Hiba, Sharon and Allysa! Truly loving my new look!

Triniti is THE best salon. What a wonderful experience and I LOVE my hair!!!! The spa area is my favorite part. It's so peaceful and just what everyone needs! Update; Triniti now has a headspa, taking relaxation to the next level!

I've been seeing Pam for the past year or so and she always does such a phenomenal job! She's helped slowly go from brunette to blonde and I've gotten so many compliments on my hair. I have very fine, straight hair and she gives good advice on keeping it healthy and maintaining the color. Highly recommend her!!

I’ve only recently discovered Triniti Salon and every visit has been delightful. Staff is exceptionally skillful, creative and kind. The entire atmosphere of the Salon is communal and inclusive.

Suggestion to this salon: If you don't know how to use a razor properly, then don't use it. As an Asian I usually go to Asian stylists because they are more familiar with the texture of my hair. Went to Triniti Salon in Sep 2024 because I wanted to do a hair donation. After the donation was done, I asked for a short bob. My hair was thinned with a razor. Now it's Dec 2024 and I still find hair breakages occationally. From the angle where my hair split, I can tell they were definitely caused by a razor! The breakages are in the opposite way when comparing to normal hair splits: They face up. Plus, a small portion of my hair from the top of my head was cut ridiculously short (< 1 in). After realizing this a couple days later, I was so glad that my hair is soft so I don't have any hair standing up! To me razor is just quick and dirty work. If I were asked whether I would like to proceed with a razor before the cut, I would definitly say no. 1 star for the warm welcome I received, and 1 star for they do hair donations and their envoronmental awareness.

Today was my 4th visit to this salon. This time I was seen by Hiba. Everything went great, as always in this salon. Thanks for listening to what I want to do with my hair and taking care of my concerns. I’m excited about seeing my hair back to life again and is always so nice to have the relaxing experience in the quiet room!!

I’ve only come to this salon 3 times but it’s already my favorite. The owner Sharon cuts hair like I’ve not experienced before. The amount of detail she puts in a cut, the consultation she gives and the deluxe hair washing experience. It’s all a 10. She has such great energy. Having a click with a stylist is very important to me. She made it happen instantly. Love this place!

Overcharging - Charging New York prices? This is NOT New York? You are a small salon in North Carolina? Nothing special color service I wouldn't come back - .got constant TEXT's and phone calls being asked to leave a review. which tells me most of the reviews on here are forced and fake.

A very professional, upbeat, and comfy salon. The stylists I met were all very welcoming and friendly. Kelli did an amazing job with my hair, and I can't recommend her enough :)

Had an appt at Triniti hair salon yesterday, the person I had booked with was no longer available at that salon , I had the fortunate opportunity to have my appt with Sharon instead… my hair looks amazing !! Not only is the color beautiful, the cut is superb !! It’s cold out today so decided to give it a quick dry instead of sticking it up wet.. u know when u leave the salon u look great.. well, after about 2 minutes of blowing my hair it looked great again and that was with no fuss!!! It’s an amazing haircut and an amazing place!! Glad things worked out the way they did.. kudos to Triniti hair salon.. great staff, great place, great stylist.. wtg Sharon

Got a new type of haircut that was exactly what I described. Very hospitable and talented staff. The free lavender eye mask was really pleasant. The kind owner helped me out when she didn’t have to and that made me want to return. 💓

I had my first ever experience at this salon, and it was next level! The vibe was so chill and they had an adorable boutique area to shop from. It was so relaxing getting a head massage and then a fantastic blowout from Lauren! 10 out of 10 will be going back and telling everyone I know about it!

Kristin blew me away, My hair came out so good!! Entire experience was hands down one of the best I've had at a salon! They provide complimentary drinks, heating or cooling compression for your chest and eyes while getting your hair shampooed and conditioned as well! The entire experience from the person greeting me at the front desk to the owner, I have nothing but great things to say! If you're looking for a salon that is also eco-friendly has amazing customer service and employs people that are skillful and excel in what they do then book an appointment here. You won't be disappointed!

Upon my arrival I was greeted with an amazing smile from my stylist Ms. Lauren. I was offered cold beverages while I briefly waited, then I was taken to this beautiful tranquil oasis filled with hand painted murals and soft peaceful sounds. Lauren began to prep me for the Japanese head spa by including warm throws, eye mask and comfort. The treatment started with scalp massages followed by hand massage, the unexpected beard conditioning treatment was the highlight of it all. Feeling truly and totally relaxed afterwards. I would definitely partake in another treatment. Thank you Lauren!

I can’t say enough about this salon, especially Katt!!!! Triniti has paid attention to all the details that make you feel so special and pampered; even better that they are eco conscience! Katt is absolutely incredible! She has been able to create every idea I’ve brought to her and I leave feeling beautiful and happy every single visit. She is truly an artist and tops her skills with her contagious energy and positivity! I just wish my hair grew even faster so I could have a reason to make more frequent visits! 💕

I got to have Katt cut my curls. As a child of a hairdresser I am particular.The shampoo experience in itself is enough to sell me on this eco conscious salon. The way she cut my curls left me able to shake my hair and be done! The organic products make my curls feel nourished and not weighed down. Very happy with service atmosphere and the way she had me feel completely relaxed! 10 out of 10 will go back!

I love this salon and my stylist, Eric SO MUCH!!! The atmosphere is very inviting, especially in the “spa” room (where they do hair washing). The staff I’ve encountered are all extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. I purchased their shampoo and conditioner (refillable with a discount!) as well as a hair mask and heat treatment spray and all are made with clean products and I really think are helping! I have thick, dark brown natural hair and have had bad experiences trying to go blonde in the past due to already colored and damaged hair (DONT try to go blonde after box dying your hair!!!), but years later, I got it all back to natural and mid-back length before trying blonde again. Eric has been sooo understanding and patient while helping me dye in stages to maintain my length and keep it as healthy as possible. He’s so fun to be around and extremely competent and knowledgeable. I’m so excited to get to the final result and very thankful I have him for the process!

Pam always does such a great job with my hair. She does what I ask her to do, and really listens to my ideas for my hair. She takes great care to make sure she is providing a great haircut. The salon has done some remodeling, and it is really beautiful! I love the rustic walls and the colors! My only suggestion would be to create more space between stylists. There was a lot of noise, and it was hard for us to hear each other.
