It's really unfortunate that this place has great reviews but I didn't get to experience that. When I first walked in, no one greeted me. A couple employees walked by and didn't say anything. The second time this one lady saw me she finally said hi and I inquired about walk-ins. She said normally they don't which to I said okay that's fine. She asked what was I looking to get done which I replied a trim. She said it's too expensive to get a trim just go to great clips. Instantly my thought process was that she was judging that I can't afford their services based on my appearance. After much further thought- 1) maybe she meant it's not worth it to spend money at their business "just for a trim" 2) if she's going to recommend another place why suggest a chain business? My reply was no, I don't go to chain establishments I try to support local businesses. I'm not here to bad mouth this establishment, sounds like a lovely place but maybe suggest a local business next door which I found about 4 more in that block radius and maybe not assume how I want to spend my money. I've been in the customer service industry for 20 years now and two things are important to me: I pay for the (hair) experience then I pay for the service. It's about Quality, not quantity.

Trio and company is a superb salon with expertise and they go to great length to secure your safety ! It is like a second home where you feel the warmth of friends and have complete confidence in the outcome of your hair care needs. Lisa Hoyer is an outstanding and creative stylist who can handle challenges with any hair care needs or help you to create a style you have dreamed of. She is amazing person full of compassion and a true philanthropist!

I absolutely love this salon! Monique is amazing at what she does and I trust no one else but her! They are taking all COVID precautions so I felt safe the entire time I was in the building.

I wouldn't trust any other Salon or Stylist other than Shelia. She has been doing my hair for over 35 years. I love the people who work there. The Salon is clean, well kept and offer free coffee and water to the Clients. If you are looking for a new Salon, I highly recommend Trio's on Moser Rd.
