This was, by far, the worst experience we have ever had at a hair salon. Firstly, the appointment took nearly three times as long as they said it would. The stylist was treating multiple people at the same time, would take coffee and eating breaks during the style, and was generally, very insensitive and calloused towards the customer. The salon was in a constant state of chaos. The price was wildly more expensive than most places in Naples. And after all of this a few of the extensions fell out that same night. It was absolutely awful in every way. We will never go back here.

My Manicurist, amarillis, is the absolute best. She is a hard working wonderful person. Amarillis is professional, meticulous,keeps her appointments on time and does an excellent manicure/pedicure at a reasonable price. She definitely gets 5 stars!!

Dunia, it’s a great hairstylist she is been doing my hair for more than 10 years. She knows how to work on curly hair and my highlights are always perfect!

I’ve been coming to this place for about 5 years. Amarilis and Dunia are my favorite people here. Amarilis does my nails, she is so detailed oriented, skillful , and accommodating that my monthly visit to the salon is a highly expected event. Love coming here.

I make appointments with Levys. My hair always feels amazing when I leave there! She also try’s to educate me on how to take better care of my hair. All the stylists are independent, so prices vary depending on who you get….however, I have found this to be the cheapest price in this area, no matter what stylist you get.

As a fellow hairdresser l had an absolute awful experience here .. l ask for a partial highlight and it came out in large streaks ! I went in there asking for someone who has experience in color and had pleaded to her that l hadn’t had my hair in a year and that it was very important that it’s done correctly! Ana was my stylist, was very disappointed in the color as well as the style .. didn’t put product in my hair to blow dry it at the end ! Would not recommend going there!

this is the best place I’ve found yet for a great hair cut. Ana listened to exactly what I wanted and was so friendly and kind. I was completely comfortable with going here. pricing is the best I’ve found so far and I guess I won’t be looking around for a better place. Definitely owe it to yourself to try them out.

Blanca I get my haircut by Tom all the time and pay via check, when I haven’t had cash. I also paid card 2 weeks ago. Hope this helps. Tropical hair is exceptional on prices and do quality work.

I moved to Naples about 1.5 years ago and had a very difficult time finding a new hairdresser to trust, not to mention the exorbitant prices they were all charging for a basic color fill. I stumbled upon Tropical Hair and i go every 2 weeks religiously. The owner and her daughter run a very friendly, professional, clean salon with very fairly priced services. They are always willing to accommodate and i actually enjoy my time when i go. Love this gem!!!

I recently was introduced to Dunia from a friend. Being new to the area, I really needed to find a hairstylist that i can trust. Dunia is amazing!! She really takes her time and provides an exceptional experience! I had color, highlights, cut and blowout and couldn’t be happier with the outcome!! Thank you Dunia!! Highly recommend her.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This joke of a hair salon charged my boyfriend 150$ to COMPLETELY RUIN HIS LOCS. His hair has never looked worse since starting locs and now he must cut them all off. You can clearly see from the photo it’s unsalvagable. They were done so tightly and thinly in some sections they are just breaking off and in the back they did not re-twist them at all. STOLEN MONEY. We have to pay more to get this p.o.s. CUT OFF.

I’ve been coming here for yearssss, Natalie has been a long time friend of mine and truly this salon is where it’s at. it’s super cute, super clean, and reasonably priced for anything you wanna get done. it’s quality service, and not only do they take appointments, they accept walk-ins and have a nail lady in the salon as well! check them out, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been coming to Natalie for over a year and shes completely helped me recover my hair while being transparent on how long it will take to get the color I want while keeping my hair healthy as a blonde. Nayohmi does a fantastic job on my hair every time I see her, and the prices are excellent!!! It's very hard to get old pink dye out of the hair and she did a phenomenal job bringing me back to blonde!
