Came in w my nails a mess cracked broken from getting them done at another salon. Danny took me right in and re did all my nails so much better. They look great. He was very professional and kind n that’s exactly what I needed. I will be def coming back!

I always get exactly what I want and I am very particular. My nail tech checks with me after every step to make sure I like what's going on and is SUPER accomodating when I want to make a change. AND doesn't charge me extra for every little detail.

This my first time being at this location, I came in and asked for a simple nail set($40) and gel pedicure($38) literally a couple minutes after I got my toes done it was bubbles coming up on my toe nails( I came back and they fixed that). Now onto my nails the lady the put the nail and shaped it up did a great job but the man who applied the acrylic and painted my nails, left my nail all types of lumpy and crooked and refused to fix it due to the fact that i noticed it to late. Although it was literally within less than 30 minutes of me coming back😑… here are the photos of my nails within approximately 1 hour of getting them done!!!

I and my friend went , we both will not be going back, our nails look like some one took fake nails and just stuck them on and nails came off my friends hand not even a week later, my rhinestone came off same day

Me and my girlfriend just went to get a Medicare and pedicure. They was rushing to hurry us up to get us out of there so they can go to lunch.!! Plus they stayed on there cell phones the whole time!! I would not recommend them, and I would not go back for anything, but a eyebrow wax🤦🏿‍♂️😡

Terrible place. Walked in they said no appts but the wait was an hour and a half. I came back at an hour. They said same thing “another hour and a half”. I sat down to wait since obviously first come Fist served. A woman walks in they tell her they’re ready right away for her. Long story short IM in the beauty industry, don’t go here. Very unprofessional. The owner tries to ask you if you live in the neighborhood. Or “who did your nails last Time”. None of it matters. Gossipy. Unprofessional. Calls everyone “hey lady”. Ugh. He didn’t like that I wanted and needed my nails cut all the way down either. I then went to another nails place that would finish my nails the length I wanted them AFTER my already wasted time with tropical nails

Went to get a manicure and complained about my regular nails being filed so low that it was barley any nail left. Also when the nail pops off your whole nail comes off because they file so low before and after adding acrylic. So after that they were mad and ignored me, and made me soak my own nails off!! I tip them every time and don't appreciate being treated and talked to with the language they were using. Then while I was waiting after I soaked my nails the husband was just sitting there doing nothing, then began to do another womans nails that had just walked in.. And they also gossip about other customers! Very I'm professional, and unsanitary ,they sometimes pour remaining product back in original bottle,I will not be going back

I have been coming here for 18 years and would not say a bad thing about this salon. The owners are friendly and all the services are priced very fare. Ms.Lim does a wonderful job managing the store and I would suggest this nail Salon to anyone.

I’m originally from Sarasota but I live in Ga. I went back home on Memorial Day weekend to visit. I went to Tropical Nails to get a pedicure, Yall , it’s August and my feet are soft and the gel polish is still on my toes.. The man (I think the son) dissected these feet🤣🤣🤣.. This will be the first place I visit when I return to visit Sarasota ❤️
