Unqualified, Overpriced,worst spent money. Just because you hire cute girls,don't mean they know anything about massage therapy. Definitely don't waste your time or money,if you're looking for a real massage.

I’ve recently been dealing with a lot of stress and built up pressure and was advised a massage would help so I stumbled across this place. I could not speak higher of an establishment and staff. Everyone is incredibly hospitable and more specifically Lainey was terrific. She made everything feel incredibly relaxing and did a great job in relieving my back stress. I couldn’t speak higher of her, and recommend it to anyone in search of a professional and well-done massage

Booked with Lainey for a 90 min full body. Was exactly what I needed. Was impressed with the availability and service. The vibe was right on point. She played instrumental beats 🎶 instead of that boring spa music. Will definitely reschedule. Totally recommend 12/10 !!

So I was wanting to come in and I am becoming a regular as of late and wanted to try my first four hand special. And the special is be with a new hire and pay for the price of a single person massage. Well I booked with Lainey and I thought there was an agreement to the special and I show up and was told about her being new of course and was charge the price of a 4 hand massage. Now maybe it’s my fault should have said no and left but I didn’t want to make a fuss and it was rough day and wanted a massage to take my mind off things. I definitely feel slighted and I would recommend for anyone not to do a “four hand special” it’s just a trick to get you in and pay full price I’m not booking again and definitely not with Lainey. I feel tricked and slighted but this business tactic and it ruins the whole experience.

I’m new to the area and this place caught my eye so I decided to give it a try. Jojo was my massage therapist and she was very pleasant. Easy to talk to and gave me a great massage that helped with my back pain. I will be returning asap!

Lainey was my therapist she was okay. I feel like she was rushing through my session, skipped over areas I asked her to work on the room was freezing didn't even feel like I was in a tropical paradise. I drove over a hour and felt like it was a waste of my morning my appointment wasn't even at the location I was told to go to had to drive a extra 20 min to the other location 🙃. I will come back but will be trying a different therapist.

My husband and I came in for a couples massage. He booked and I read the reviews, I should have listened to my gut. Literally the worst massage I have ever had. I truly do not think they are licensed massage therapists. She did not touch my forearms, thighs, hands or feet or face. She had one "move" so much so that it started to hurt from being so repetitive. The room was freezing and then they wipe you down with wet "warm" towels which are then making you even more wet and cold. She did not pull up the sheet over my back or legs when she was finished with each area so it was even colder. They started and stopped the "spa" music so many times I couldn't count. They tried having conversation about Halloween during the massage. Not relaxing at all. The tables are very cheep and flimsy, they lay a plastic over the blankets. It just felt cheep and dirty and was not a true massage. They are "trained" by the establishment didn't have any licenses posted. I would NEVER come here again. Waste of our day and $300. Oh and they make you pay and tip BEFORE the session.

I love this place, great spa to relax in and they accept walkins all day until 9pm. The masseuses are trained and professional. Great place to remedy last minute neck pain!

The professional massage therapists at Tropical Touch certainly have that touch of "Je ne sais quoi" - that intangible distinctive quality one appreciates so much. All of the ladies have been wonderful...Ana, JoJo and Eva, and I know the others are as well. Highly recommend! Eight thumbs up!
