I had a great experience for my first massage at Tropical Touch Polaris. Lainey and Serenity were fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable, the environment was great, the room was relaxing, and they paid great attention to the problem areas in my back and shoulders.

I totally enjoyed the experience and massage. Lainey was absolutely wonderful. I'm not sure what I enjoyed more, talking to her or the massage itself. 5 stars on the friendly service from the staff and 5 stars on the massage itself.

Staw away this young ladies scamming people. They are only there to get your money. They don'tknow basic massage please staw away from them you can go to Chinese massage if you are looking real massage. If not this is your place and they are expensive too without knowledge.

Haven’t been to many massage places, but I truly enjoyed myself today. Lainey is a wonderful, charming, and attractive person. Very knowledgeable and she asked all the right questions while continuing to work out all my aches in my muscles. Any person would enjoy her phenomenal therapeutic Tropical Touch. She made me want to go to the beach with her.

I went to get a message today for the first time ever. It was amazing she was very kind and respectful. We had great conversation. She asked me were I was hurting. She most definitely got my stiff muscles to relax. I dont feel so tence as i have for months now i suffer from back pain. I definitely recommend the heat rocks they was so relaxing. I absolutely will be back. Thanks Lainey what a wonderful job. ❤️

First time ever getting a massage Nikki was amazing she helped relax my tight sore back and shoulders over years of work and stress build up she made me feel relaxed the atmosphere was amazing music was relaxing knew what areas to hit that was sure and my tight areas especially my lower back since I have a pinch neve my back felt good shoulders relax I'll definitely come back again to see her ...thank you Nikki for making my first time experience remarkable ☺️

Originally had an appointment with a different therapist, but upon arrival I realized that therapist wasn’t available. I asked Lainey if she was available, and I was so glad she was!! This young lady is awesome at what she does and a pleasure to talk to. Very glad things happened as they did!!! Found my go to person for sure!!

I had an incredible experience at this beautiful spa. Zoe, the masseuse I got, was simply amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend. I will definitely come back.

Nikki was so kind and professional. I had some really bad back pain in my lower right back. When I left , all of my back pain was gone . She made the atmosphere in the room so relaxing with some good music. Nikki made my experience so welcoming and great. I can’t wait to get back for my next session . I am so glad to have someone like Nikki who is Bright Spirited and Full of Joy. You can tell she enjoys providing the most Exceptional Customer Service. Nikki was the best!! I love the place it feels warm and comfortable and Nikki was amazing at her job and boy did I feel relaxed after. It’s an amazing heaven taking place haha should def try it!!
