My husband and I booked massages and facials in their private room and the experience was divine. The services themselves were wonderful, the staff were friendly and warm and the private steam room made the experience even better. 10/10 recommend!

I had a salon cancel my appointment at the last minute while I was traveling from another city to attend a wedding in Sacramento. Thankfully, someone at Trü could fit me in last minute, which saved my day! Raoul was the absolute best. I arrived feeling disappointed from my morning, but he was super positive and an incredibly skilled professional stylist. I absolutely loved my hair when I left the salon! I highly recommend Raoul—he’s amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at true encompass beauty. I haven’t even been serviced yet. I plan on working with Raul. I’ve only had a consultation. I really love the vibes in here. It’s such a pleasure to meet the people that work. Here Jill is an amazing woman. It’s her company her business. She also has location on 1414 H Street Sacramento. I would advise anybody in Sacramento to come here. They are inclusive, queer, friendly disability, friendly, and very kind. I am blessed to have Found this establishment.

The place is clean and relaxing - which is what many cheaper places lack, if you’re going to relax you want to be in a place that feels clean and is upscale and stylish- Venessa was very professional and found the spots that needed massing out. She was perfect with the pressure and will be coming back.

first of all, I told Raul the hair stylist about my allergic reactions to dyes and I came in to do a cherry cola color he failed badly because it looked way redder then I wanted, and then applied hair dye to my scalp and ears which caused me to get an allergic reaction days later and itchy red rashes. I texted Raul about it and he demanded that I send him proof of my ER visit to only give me half of my refund, i paid 450 total for him to ruin my hair which washed out pink and blonde, it looks like a mess and I had to buy coloring conditioner to fix it. He would not give me my refund and threatened to get an attorney. this man will steal your money and is horrible at red hair. When I asked him for a refund his reason was because he spent time and money. I would not recommend raul at all. I should have gone with another stylist. update- the salon told me I had to book another appointment 2-3 weeks after my reaction calmed down (I understand that part) and told me I still had to pay to get my hair fixed, I am displeased with the fact I would still have to pay to get my hair fixed even though it should have been done right the first time—waste of money for sure. I do not recommend Raul once again, overpriced for what you get. ( I have been made fun of cause my hair looked that bad and literally faded out after washing with cold water and color-safe shampoo) I wanted a darker cherry cola color and looked like a chewed-up bubblegum. ( co-workers have also agreed about how ridiculous this situation is, even connected with other hair salons in the area and they have also agreed with me and my situation and offered to fix my hair for free after learning about my situation with this salon.

Mariela the beautiful magician! 🪄 I could rave about Mariela, ALL DAY! Aside from her being a sweetheart, she SLAYED my hair!! I haven’t had anyone touch my hair for over 6 years. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile by Mariela and Lexie. After speaking with Mariela, I instantly felt I could trust her with my hair. She started with the consultation, answering all my questions. I ended with disbelief of the woman I was staring in the mirror. I feel so beautiful! Mariela, you’re simply amazing! Vanessa did an amazing job! It was one of the best massage I have ever had. It was relaxing while still getting at some of the tight muscles in my back. If I lived here I would defiantly be back soon! Next time I am in the area though I will be looking to come back!!

Today was my first visit but absolutely not my last. My spa experience began in the VIP Gold Room with my own personal steam room, champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries. Hannah did a spectacular 1 hour Signature facial… Loved it. I also had a one hour true essence massage by Vanessa… I will call her the whisperer of massages. I fell asleep twice and that never happens. Thank you for sharing this ultimate escape to deliver peace and privacy.
