This company ripped off my spouse and charged her almost $320 for a service she never requested and never authorized. As per said policies, the company does not give call reminders for appointments or verbally outline polivy information. My phone records backtrack to prove this. This company is greedy and out to get money from the working class. They run a high end business and have the money to keep up with their supplies and staff. My recommendation is to go elsewhere because these people are scammers and do not deserve to stay in business. We were successfully able to get our money back by outside means and we will not be returning to this business and giving our time to a company with better pricing and policy.

Michaela is awesome. This wasy first time and I felt very welcomed and comfortable by all staff I met. They have complimentary drinks which was impressive. I got a hair mask which was amazing. Michaela is very professional, gave a great consultation before hair cut and gave great complete information on how my color appointment will got with estimate. I have curly hair and she asked how I wanted it styled after the cut and she knew how to style curly hair too which isn't always common. I was very happy. I was just blown away and impressed with my whole experience.

Absolutely loveeee this salon! The second I walked in my stylist, Sarah Joelle, made me feel so welcomed and cared for. She took time to explain everything and actually evaluate my hair. And through the whole appointment O felt cared for and taken care of! If you want some time to not just do you hair but take some quality self care time, this is the salon for you!

Z’Anna was amazing! Super sweet and knowledgeable about what to do for my hair, friendly and made sure I left looking awesome. Even though I came for a simple service, I left feeling brand new! The gals front desk were also very nice as well!!
