It can be a little scary finding someone new to work on your botox and filler, especially when you've been done dirty in the past. But! Omg! All fear and anxiety subsided the moment I met Hans and Jennifer. Immediately felt at ease and completely confident that I was in great hands. I can already tell my lip filler is going to look amazing! Botox hit all my goals without even really having to give much direction for what I was hoping to achieve. Hans knew exactly what I needed after a brief conversation, and he knocked it out. The plethora of knowledge, between the two, regarding all aspects of wellness and things for me to consider in the future about navigating hormonal imbalances is incredible. As the medical knowledge is there, in addition to assistance with wellness needs. Plenty of options available for memberships, financing available, prices for one time treatments are fair and comparable if you're just looking for touch ups as you can afford them. The location is easy to find, easy to get to, smooth in and out of the parking lot. Comfortable and relaxing office. Everything about Trulife is welcoming, but most of all Jennifer and Hans! My new favorite! PS, they stock the best flavors in sparkling water to enjoy during your visit :)

I did micro needling with Jennifer and she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! I was scared of the pain but she made sure to go at the pace I wanted to. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back!! They also offer so many services!

I just finished my last session of laser on my underarms and I am extremely happy with the results! I’ve also gotten masseter Botox due to teeth grinding. Jen and Hans are both very friendly and will thoroughly explain the services they administer. Highly recommended to give their business a try!

I love going to Tru Life MedSpa & Wellness with Jennifer and Hans. Jen is so welcoming and explains everything very thorough about the laser hair removal. Hans, applies the botox and is very honest on the areas you need or dont. They are both very knowledgeable in their areas. I will definitely continue to keep coming back. I recommend them to everyone. I only go for these two service but they have others.

There are tons of med spas in Austin and some very high priced and no medical personnel staffed. I was lucky to find this location close by. Not only is Hans a PA-C, he’s also a veteran. Best of both worlds when my arm is stuck with a needle for an hour or so. I’ve gotten B12 shots and the “Meyers Cocktail” IVs and a couple of other services. I’m getting ready to try Botox and fillers. Easy appts online and quick response when I have questions about services and pricing.

I am SO happy we found this place! They are AMAZING!! We are from out of town and my husband got a little overheated at the F1 race - thankfully, we found this place and he was able to get a hydration IV. Very intimate and lovely experience!! I’ve gotten my lips done a few times before but never so painlessly. The office manager and dr take a very personal approach and will even let you know if there is an earlier availability which I loved! My lips look perfect only a day later and the Botox was a great touch (also painless and affordable) 10/10 recommend!!

Went as a first time client to see Hans and Jennifer! I have gotten Botox for about 10 years at different med spas in Austin and I think I have finally found my permanent home! Hans was fantastic in his overall evaluation and recommendation not to mention the injections were quick and easy exactly in the areas I wanted them! Right now they are a hidden gem of South Austin but I predict soon they will be the go to place for everyone in the area!! Highly recommend and will be going back for years!

Friendly and warm are not the 1st 2 words that normally come to mind when you hear medspa, But that was exactly my experience going to Tru Life for the 1st time. I feel amazing after my immune boosting IV, and I plan on returning soon. I am so happy they have opened up near me.

I had an amazing experience today with Hans. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, the office is clean and neat. His assistant was wonderful she welcomed me as soon as I walked in, helped get me checked in and went over paperwork. Hans came in and asked me what I would like done which is nice he didn’t just tell me what I needed, He really listens to your wants and will offer his opinion if you want it but does it in a nice caring way. He is very precise on his work, is very patient with you and when I was done we went over after care and what to expect and before I got out of the chair asked if there was anything I didn’t like or if a area needed to be fixed. He definitely cares about his patients. Great bedside manner along with being a perfectionist with his work and techniques, I will be going here for years!!! Thank you for such an amazing visit, can’t wait for more @trulifeaustin

I highly, highly recommend going to see Jennifer and Hans. Jennifer’s intake was thorough but quick and she was gentle with the laser. Hans offered a thorough explanation of options about how to treat wrinkles. This is a local business of friendly professionals. Very customer-oriented. Appointments run on time too. Going back!

I have been researching for a place to get laser hair removal for a while and i’m very happy with my results. As a woman with darker skin, I was really worried that laser would be less effective on my skin tone but the results have been great. The clinic is clean, good ambiance, good service. So far i’ve gotten my armpits done and i’ll definitely be back for legs!!

I went to see Dr. Hans for several procedures; Botox, Volbella for lips, volift for my hands (this treatment made a huge difference ( my hands prematurely aged by 15 years, in my opinion, I highly recommend this procedure)and Nasolabial in my checks (these results was like a mini facelift). These treatments re-winded the clock by 10 years for me! He did a great job. He made sure I experienced minimal discomfort. Dr Felix, thank you for your professionalism, your honesty and knowledge of recommending which procedures would be beneficial for “me”. Earned trust. My next procedure is the Threads. Tru Life Medspa and Wellness is an awesome addition to Austin. After receiving my botox and filler injections I cried when I looked in the mirror and seen the results. Hans and Jennifer are the Owners of the Spa they make you feel very relaxed and comfortable which provides for a great experience. Hans is amazing, he explains the procedure, and will be honest with you as to what you will need for the best results. Hans works to ensure all is symmetrical; the transformation has been unbelievable. Hans completely understands the issues of aging skin. He has a very delicate touch with injections and they are effective. My transformation has been so amazing all I can say is when you find someone that has knowledge and you like their work, stick with them, I will be going back again and again.
