Great customer service! Ma’Kyiah does my wax and I love her. I be in and out. She also gives great conversations while doing my wax which makes me forget that I am even getting one. I come to her every month. You will not be disappointed!

Makyiah is an amazing esthetician. She's professional, communicates well and has figured out how to make waxing the most painless as possible! I've been getting waxed for over 10 years and she is by far the best. She's nice and makes the experience comfortable. We talked the entire time, which I loved because it makes you forget you're getting a wax. You're in good hands with Makyiah, she knows what she is doing!

I started receiving services here when the pandemic started and the European Wax Centers were closed down. I never returned back to European Wax Center. I love it here. Great services, very caring and professional. I have built a personal relationship with the team and I will forever be a client! Keep up the great work!

Omg when i say this spa is everything it’s just that. I had my birthday spa here everything was amazing she made my bday.. it was my first wax and she made me very comfortable ‼️‼️ She talked to me and very knowledgeable... she does vsteam as well coming here is a experience and me and my friends will be here every month

Today was the official grand opening 09/21/2020 & I received my Vsteam & Eyebrow wax for my birthday tomorrow😌 & it felt amazing & the esthetician True listened to my request for my brows & they’re PERFECTLY ARCHED🙌🏽. UPDATE: from my Vsteam.......omg you guys won’t believe this, so I just got off a two month menstrual cycle two weeks prior to my appointment, well on 9/23 I had old blood coming out 🙌🏽 I was caught by surprise but I should’ve known to be prepared because Makyiah did tell me.
