I always have such a great experience here, the vibes are great, and my stylist Rachel is amazing. She always gets my hair to the exact color that I picture in my mind, and I leave the salon feeling gorgeous. She's definitely my go-to stylist forever!

I got my haircut my done by this amazing person Sarah. I felt so comfortable with her as she was able to understand exactly what I wanted. She made my day as even after going home, I kept playing with my hair. I already recommended her to so many people and especially to my sister who also got the haircut done by her the very next day.

Sarah is amazing! Switched salons in April. I was full platinum for years looking to change and she seamlessly transitioned me in one appointment. Sarah specializes in all extensions aswell with a smooth install.

Sarah is the BEST at everything she does and I NEVER leave her chair upset with how my hair looks because she makes sure my hair is perfect. I just love how meticulous she is in her work. Not only does my hair look great when I leave the salon but it also grow’s out amazing sometimes I even forget to come in for a trim because it still looks great months and months later! Love love love her, 1,000,000/10 recommend.

Thank you, Sarah because you made my experience so wonderful. I was scared to go to a new hairstylist, but you exceeded my expectations. I came in not knowing what I wanted and I asked you to just do something to me. I’m enjoying my new cut!!! You have the best hands that I have ever experienced when it comes to shampooing! When I told you that I’m tender headed you took that very serious and you were so gentle and I really appreciate it! I’ll be back for sure! You also did my lash lift and I’m so sad that I didn’t get any pictures because they looked so great! I didn’t have to curl my lashes for about 2.5 weeks! You then moved onto my brows. My brow lamination came out so great!! I love them, and everybody noticed once I walked into Central Church!! See you again sometime soon!!!

When I went first time, a nice guy did my coloring but even I mentioned about 5 times what color I want, I showed him the color on his mirror some how he managed to turn it black. They offered me another person to help me get back my color, a nice young lady, that took about 5 months to bring it back to my color, and 1st time they did not charge me. I kept going because I really liked the young girl Sarah and she was doing a good job in coloring but not to good in hair cutting. Every time I said i want framing the face, a v shape in the back and layers. None were ever done, my hair has no shape, but I liked the color and i liked the person so I continued to go. So, last time September 6th. I went and I asked her to fix a little the hair in the front, I asked if she has a spray after is done so the hair does not get to freezes, she said yes. I did NOT asked for treatment she did not say that she will give me a treatment, she did NOT gave me a treatment and I was charged $30.00 for it. I was confused why my bill was so high, so I called to speak with her and the front desk person was very rude, said that she is busy and she will call me back. never did. Four hrs. later, i called and the same person at the front desk, was sarcastic, making fun that it is so long because the customer is big. So, they cheated me of $30.00 or even more because she charged me for fixing the front. But, no apologizing, front desk person who never says her name (unprofessional) was so rude and she hang up on me and she called me rude. Sarah never took responsibility for anything, she did not call me and say something. My tips are very good, I treated her very nice and i was a regular every 5 weeks but they knew that they did something wrong. Charging for something that was never done is dishonest. Front desk needs people with customer service skills and to learn that no customers, no job no money. I feel that I was rubbed and disrespected. It's a shame.

Manny is the absolute best, he’s fast responsive, realizable at working on appointments, professional with for recent styles. I have been cutting my hair with him for a year now and I just can’t express this enough- he’s simply the best! I have been taking my teen son as well to get haircuts with him.

Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Manny took time to listen and check in throughout the cut. The massaging chairs at the shampoo station are a great bonus too!

I followed my stylist of 3+ years (Nicole!) over here and am so pleased with her blonding skills and with this salon. I had a temporary injury and called ahead of my appointment to see if they could still see me. They were so accommodating and made sure I was comfortable and cared for during my service. I really enjoyed visiting this location!

I recently visited the salon in southern highlands and absolutely loved it. The salon was very clean. All of the staff is friendly. My hair stylist was Lama and she helped me take my hair a brunette to a black-marroon color. She was was very respectful and kind. Picking out which color was going to be good on me was difficult but Lama helped me by making suggestions and showing me exactly what it would look like. She took her time going through each layer of hair and each curl at the end of the process. Lama washed my hair and did not rush for anything. Definitely recommend Lama to anyone and everyone.
