Today was my first time at True Balance, and I was so impressed. When you first walk in, the ambiance is so peaceful, and everything is so clean, inviting, and beautiful. I hadn't gotten a massage in over two years, so I was very excited and expectant, and Star exceeded my expectations. She was kind and jovial, and she has truly gifted hands. I had a 75-minute Swedish massage, and it was the best massage of my life. As her name suggests, Star is truly a star, so give her a try next time you need a massage. You won't regret it.

True Balance Center is a beautiful, peaceful and elegant space emphasized more by Ute's warm and inviting personality. I attended a group breathwork and sound bath class that was truly amazing. I highly recommend True Balance!

I just had an amazing hot stone massage with Christina! Her technique and flow was honestly 10/10. I will definitely be seeing her again! The atmosphere was very clean, calming and welcoming. This is probably my new favorite place in Newnan, I would love to check out their other classes! Thank you Christina! ❤️

Ute is absolutely wonderful! After her treatments, I am relaxed and my pain is greatly improved. She also taught me simple stretching exercises to do at home that help as well. She is kind, friendly and "safe" - following COVID-19 guidelines and more!

Ute has been helping me heal my hip pain - gluteus medius atrophy. From the first few treatments, I felt relief from hip pain that has bothered me for more than 20 years! She uses massage therapy & also suggested several exercises to begin strengthening that muscle group. Ute has a vast understanding of body muscles and how best to treat them. She truly cares for her clients' health.

Ute is fantastic!!! She not only identified the muscular problems that were leading to my lower back spasms and weakness, but she also shared stretches and exercises that could help alleviate and prevent them in the future. Ute is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and personable; I could not recommend her any more highly!
