I went with a girl that was promoting herself on Facebook for her services at a discounted price. I had my appointment 12/15/23 I showed her reference photos of what I wanted at first it looked somewhat of what I asked for just a little more on the brown side than the orange copper I asked for. My back was facing the mirror the whole time I couldn’t turn around to look at the work that was being done to me, per her policy stated to not look through camera or mirror when she’s working.. I also asked for a haircut which at the time I didn’t notice it was crooked and choppy because my hair was curled. At the end I had to pay more with another stylist to fix my hair, to put treatment because my hair was extremely dry and to fix the color I actually wanted and a haircut. I wasn’t able to say anything at the time of the appointment because it was already 7pm by the time she was done and I was being rushed out the door.

I write as a review because this is no longer true beauty it’s classics we are new owners Cristal you asked for 2 colors I went with the copper brown because you had multiple shades of red and black through your hair I have the message where you say either color was ok as for your haircut the picture you asked for is there too you asked for a lot of layers from the picture you yourself posted I see how they perfectly connect you don’t wake up looking like the model you sent you need to blow out your hair to create that look And then you have your Tia soney lie and write a fake review when she was happy even recommended me on instagram 7 days after her appointment at that point I think someone would notice something wrong with their hair and not recommend the stylist and to you which I have the message of you telling me I was super recommended just to mess with a business truly sad

Te hacen estar de espaldas todo el tiempo para que no mires lo que te hacen en el cabello me cortaron horrible el pelo pedi un color chocolate y me aplico un café cobrizo 😪 y ni ese color salió solo te hacen baño de color ni el tiempo ni el dinero que gastas en verdad si no quieres que te arruinen el cabello no ballas hay es el peor lugar que alguien puede ir! Nada que ver con el color que pedi salí peor de lo que llegue

Pides un trabajo y sales con otro, Todo el tiempo te tienen de espaldas al espejo y ya hasta el final de todo puedes ver que te hicieron y si no te gusto ya te fregaste..! por qué te salen que lo que querías se puede lograr hasta otra cita.. Mandas mensajes y no responden y te bloquean! Viejas interesadas y mal educadas y malas carientas que cuando entras ni los buenos días o tardes te dan..Solo les interesa el dinero.. Vallan con gente más profesional,zero recomendadas..!
