The place had a bad smell like something was decomposing. The stylist Assar was rude and damaged my wife’s hair when she came in for a conditioning treatment. My wife was not happy.

I Had a great experience with Asrar at the salon! Got my hair shampooed and it was so relaxing. She brought my hair back to life with a trim and blow dry. I love it. So happy with my experience and will be coming back

This place is TRASH! The worst place to get yor eyebrowns done. this lady who by the way knows absolutely nothing about customer service... Knows absolutely nothing about eyebrows, she left my eyebrows totally uneven and after I told her that my eyebrows were a mess she told me without remorse that she was going to fix it. are you kidding? no wonder why that place is always empty. This woman has no experience in anything related to beauty. do yourself a favor and don't go here

Tremendously professional, friendly, talented hair experts. Whatever you want done if you want to walk out happy and satisfied, they deliver. You never have to sit and wait for service and the atmosphere is clean and they all work as a team to deliver great service. You will not be disappointed. Very bad customer service! The lady who answered the phone had a very bad attitude after asking about their services and wanted to get clarification! And she hung up the phone abruptly! Definitely would not recommend anyone coming here! Anyone with that bad of an attitude shouldn’t be doing any services on your head! 👎🏽

0 OUT OF 5 STARS. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I had an appointment to get my hair done and the only stylist in the salon WAS NOT WEARING A MASK and left me sitting wet in the chair to go be on her phone outside for 10 minutes. Never coming here again because the woman was rude and disrespectful. No customer service, no sense of urgency or time management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE SALON

The woman who does hair there which I do believe is the owner is SOOOO nice and very good at what she does. It's very easy to get in for an appointment AND WELL WORTH IT!!!!! This is my new hair salon now and I AM A VERY HAPPY CLIENT!!! GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR DONE RIGHT AND WITH REASONABLE RATES!!!

I was a walk-in for eyebrow threading and from the moment I got there they lady was rude. She kept telling me how my eyebrows were all wrong and said “I don’t know if you like those people or not but they ruined your eyebrows” . I actually get a lot of compliments on my eyebrows so I was quite insulted. Frankly when I left this place they weren’t that clean and she kept running the string through her mouth then laying it on my face to measure. I could feel the thread was wet. I asked “if they are uneven, can she fix it and just even them out?” She responded “ well, what do you think I’m doing”. I could not wait to get out of there. this is literally a block from my house and I will never go back. Ill drive the 20 minutes out of my way for my other girl.

Stay away from this place. I took my daughter in for a trim today and had to fix it when I got home. Not only did the lady not ask me how much I wanted her to cut off, she cut it uneven and dry. I’ve never in my life seen someone give a haircut dry from start to finish like she did. First time going there, and never again.

Terrible terrible and terrible. The person who cut my hair didn't even slightly smile. I asked her to layer my hair, and she put a hole in my hair. The layers didn't blend in together. It looked like it was done by a 10 yr old kid. The owner said that "the problem is because this is straight hair." I then said "my hair is not a problem." Perhaps they should put a sign on their door "NO STRAIGHT HAIR PLS." My hair was completely destroyed. I have to go to another place to fix it. My hair was at shoulder length. Now I have to live with a super short bob.

I have been going to True Beauty ever since they opened and have always had a great experience. Asrar really knows how to make her clients feel special with no pressure but solid advice. I live about 10 miles from True Beauty but well worth the drive as they offer affordable yet extremely professional service.

I paid $55 for a gel mani and regular pedi. 1) the pedicure chair was rigged up not very salon like with the home style pedi bucket infront of it. The guy Alex was such a sweet guy and worked so well with the tools he had. 2) I’ve never had a dry manicure before and I was told that because I was doing gel it is Russian style and they cannot submerge the hands in water. The gel polish was very runny. Tools do not seem to be sterilized. They are thrown out on the table and were spritzed with alcohol when going from pedi to mani. The foot scrubber was worn down and instead of purple had brown rotten like patches. Again, Alex was very sweet and truly worked magic with what he has to work with. I was excited to have a nail place so close to home but will not return for this kind of work. The owner was rushing him because a hair cut for there and he was busy with me. Too add, his gloves were stained and had 2 holes at the fingers as if they were refused gloves.

They were great at fitting me in as a same day appointment but the lady kept saying how whoever cut and colored my hair before did a bad job. That my color and my hair lengths were very uneven. It was rude. I got charged $28 for a cut and wash but blow dry was not included so I walked out with wet hair. When she took the cover off me I had hair everywhere from the guy before who she cut. It was definitely not my hair bc his was black and mine is blonde. I went straight home to shower. It was grose. My hair cut was not great either. I wanted layers and face framing and I got a trim, one long layer and zero face framing. I didn't say anything bc I was ready to get out of there after the hair comments and judgemental looks I was getting. It was the most basic haircut I've EVER received. If your a guy this might be the place for you but ladies, I'd go somewhere else for cuts.
