I've walked by True Bliss for years and finally went in for reiki and massage and now I know that I've been missing out. Palynn is an intuitive therapist and seemed to know just what I needed in the moment, which was a gentle treatment for some pain and inflammation I was experiencing. She used the perfect essential oils for my condition and checked in often to ensure I was comfortable. The space is also serene and warm. I can't wait to go back.

I made a last minute therapeutic massage, after feeling sore post - run. I felt tremendously better post massage. This is a nice local massage shop that I will def. Return to.

I started working with Tory R back in October of 2022 needing both relief from grief as well as a massage therapist that specializes in listening and healing! My mom had just passed away and I needed extra support coming back to Denver. I was worried about my foundation of sobriety. I have seen her just about monthly if not more since then. Her focus on Reiki Healing is so powerful and she intuitively knows what my body and soul need even after our connection prior to session. She takes the time to really find out What YOU are wanting out of the session! True Bliss also has an awesome Wellness Warrior program you can join. I am leaving Denver to go live closer to family, but honestly, have stayed this long, to experience the healing that Tory offers. I went there last Monday. While the massage spa had a welcoming atmosphere, the massage wasn’t as pleasant as I had hoped. Despite it being my first time there, they didn’t honor the advertised discount.

I was so impressed with Tory. I felt at ease right away and she really seemed like she not only cared deeply but also knows what she was doing. We talked before we got started about what I wanted/needed from my appointment. Her massage was perfect and the reiki was powerful. It really shows through when someone really enjoys what they do. Tory was a pleasure and I can’t wait to work with her again.

I've had several massages at True Bliss Massage & Reiki and I can't say enough good things about this business and the massage therapists. It's super easy to book an appointment online. The therapists actually listen to your needs and then provide you with a session catered to your requests. The location itself is very conveniently located and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend you consider True Bliss for your next massage or reiki session!

Molly was wonderful! Her care and touch was so healing!! Highly would recommend! The studio was beautiful and smelled good and parking on a Saturday afternoon was no problem on the street.

The space is exquisite; large and healthy plants fill the entry space, the massage therapist warmly greeted me & took the time to listen to any issues before starting. It was very healing & my body definitely felt better afterwards. I will definitely be back!

An Oasis in Uptown Denver! I needed treatment and Sarah was able to get me in with James immediately! (there was a last minute cancelation). James treated me to a 45 minute massage and 15 minute Reiki session. My blood pressure was 144/98 before the treatment and 124/80 when I returned home! Very relaxing space with well appointed private suites and comfy tables. Great prices for such a premium location. Highly recommended 👍

I saw Paylnn for a 90 deep tissue plus extra 30min cupping session. Her grounded energy, meditations as she guided me through the massage was expanding and relaxing. Just what I needed. She paid attention to my requests and was professional the whole time (I'm pretty picky about my massages). Her technique was both healing and relaxing.

We had an amazing experience today. We booked a 90 minute massage with Tori and James and left feeling like a million bucks. The attention to detail, how Tori knew where to stop and hold to get rid of the pain, the ambiance and friendly staff were just some of the positives. The only negative is that it ended but I won't hold that against them 🤣. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the city.
