I booked a Swedish couples massage with facials and scalp treatments, and it was amazing from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, the massages relieved all tension, and the facial left my skin glowing. The scalp treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the heated beds were a nice touch. The detail and service made it unforgettable. Highly recommend for a relaxing couple's experience!

My boyfriend booked an 80 minute couples massage for us. It was my first professional massage and it was a great experience. The two ladies who were our masseuses did great jobs. They were very kind and always checking on us to make sure we didn’t have any questions or felt uncomfortable. The room me and my bf were in during the message was very nice and had nice decorations. They had salt lamps, lights, and even this cute little fake fire pit. It truly felt relaxing in there. Plus, the massage tables were heated! As someone with anemia who struggles to stay warm, that was definitely a bonus for me. The massage felt amazing and I was so relaxed. That 80 minute massage went by too quickly with how relaxed I was. Definitely would book here again. 10/10!

Went for my birthday and got the Swedish massage and facial. Although my appointment time was pushed an hour, the massage was excellent. I felt so good afterward, so the wait was worth it. Even got a complimentary hot stone massage. Excellent. It was my birthday and I received a sweet card! Unforseen circumstances did get in the way a little, but I appreciated the services and the fact that they were honest about the delay. Will definitely come back once the new location is up and running.

Rishardia provided a soothing massage to me. It was for 90 minutes and after the initial consultation, I've experienced complete therapeutic massage that was targeting the areas that were most tense.

My second time at True Body Therapies, second Swedish couples massage. And I am feeling INCREDIBLE! Rashardia gave me the best massage of my life. Her hands flow like water and she applied the perfect pressure to discover and smooth away every knot. She paid attention to the places I told her needed extra love as a teacher. I had a groupon for a couples massage. Scheduling was easy and we got an appointment quickly. The massage worked out a lot of knots and tension so I’m thankful for that. However, my massage therapist stretched my arms and wrists in forceful ways that seemed unnatural. She also had a couple long fingernails that dug into my back and didn’t seem to use enough oil so my skin was pulled and tugged a lot. Idk if I could recommend this place to friends and I’m glad I paid significantly less for my service due to the groupon deal.

Me and my boyfriend went and received the 60 minute couples massage…. Absolutely amazing, during the consultation you are allowed to choose focal ares of the massage. All points that I highlighted were shown a little more tlc! I have locs and they are currently styled, during the massage my masseuse was careful to not disturb my hair in anyway but STILL managed to perform a proper massage. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially first timers like myself. And they have a groupon as of 11/13/23!

My BFF & I had a spa day for her 40th birthday. We both had a 1 hour Swedish Massage. I was lucky enough to have Kat work on me. She was amazing. Hit all the pressure points and really focused on my problem areas. I highly recommend her and can't wait to go back! I also recommend the hot stones. They were awesome. The booking process was easy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly.

ZERO STARS!! First of all I bought my wife the couple massage for her birthday and all seemed fine until she tried to call and make an appointment. 2 Months of calling and leaving a message to never get a call back was absurd. So I decided to go to the location to make the appointment in person, I can honestly say I got more interaction with the answering maching the previous 2 months than what I received when I walked into the building. I walk in the building and no one is sitting at the desk, I know this is a place or relaxation and deep tranquility and I didnt want to disturb anyones sessions, so I didn't make any noise to let anyone know I was in the building, but you would have thought someone would have heard me considering it is a very small office space. Nonetheless I sat in what can be considered a waiting area for 10 minutes and decided maybe if I go to the restroom someone will hear me walking to the back and come out and greet me, NO that did not happen. I used the restroom came and sat for 5 more minutes still no attendant. I then got up walked out and proceeded to call the number to the office in hopes someone would answer the phone NO that didn't happen either. So I figured I had made the drive I might as well go back inside and try to wait this out. I sat down again in the waiting, where a massage room sits directly on the wall where the chairs are positioned. I noticed someone look out the blinds and then about 5 minutes later a voice comes over what can only be described as an Ring / room monitoring camera asking if I was there for an appointment. Again respecting the atmosphere to try to be as quiet as possible I replied no I was there to make an appointment. The lady couldn't hear me because I wasn't speaking loud, she then said if I needed to make an appointment I needed to call the number. ARE YOU SERIOUS, I am sitting in your office and you tell me to call a number that you are not going to answer as I had just called it minutes before. Then she said someone would be with me shortly. I stayed and additional 20 minutes and no one came out and again I know someone was in there as they looked out the blinds directly at me. If you are with a client you can simply say that step out the room for a second to let me know, or hire a receptionist. I got up and walked out and told my wife that I am demanding a refund as the customer service I just received was terrible and I don't want anyone in that building to perform any service as they can't get the simple things right. JUST A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
