Love this nail place, and the siters are the most fun and nicest people who have done my nails. I love their work. But sometimes, it is hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule.

True Nails is my go to!! They do a great job & they are fun to talk with & get to know. You do have to make an appointment, this is a good thing! No waiting, nobody hanging out, no interruptions etc... AND they use CLEAN tools!!!

Very friendly, does a beautiful job on my mani and pedi. The only problem is that the shop has only 2 nail techs which is all ways busy, so it's hard to get a appt. No availability on weekends. Best time to get a appt. is on Monday, Tuesday, and maybe Wednesday.

I have been coming here for years and years, they are like my family. They do a great job and do the best they can. They are small family business doing the best they can. I drive all the way from Julington Creek to get my nails done here. They do have to book by appointment only but that is due to being short staffed.

I haven't had a pedicure for a year because of the pandemic, and my age. This was a treat and was so good. They have many precautions in place, it's clean and friendly, I will be back

I stopped by for a fill in and a wax. You have to have an appointment but luckily they had a cancellation and I got in for both. They were very clean and extremely friendly with professional services. I'm new to the area and I think I have a new salon. I highly recommend this place. Jenny and Tahn were amazing Thank you so much. Extremely happy with my eyebrows and nails!!

Very disappointed with this place, It use to be good but now they Only take appointments, And if you are not a regular customer they rush you out. The manager seems to be nice but they should pay more attention to not so regular clients, they lost my business!!

I went into this place and they were COMPLETELY and I mean COMPLETELY Empty. Not serving 1 customer and the lady working there said they are booked up by appointment and cannot serve me. I don't know how to take that. Wow!

Please remember, because of the virus, as a nail salon in Jacksonville, they are under strict mandates concerning the number of clients allowed in the shop at one time. Make an appointment. My wife has been coming here for years and has ALWAYS been pleased with their services and the results.

Walked in and they where dead!! No on was inside and they ask me what I needed and then they tell me they all booked up with appointments only!! They should have a sign up letting you know so you don’t waste your time!! Not good business!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
